This first floor apartment has just been brought into the 21st century with a complete refurbishment, it has been dressed & designed with luxury & quality in mind, it has only the best sumptuous furniture, fixtures & fittings throughout; one king size bedded room, with bed linens provided, a balcony to the bedroom & views onto the small street below. It has a mosaic tiled en-suite shower room, with power shower & with towels provided. Mahogany wooden floors throughout, brand new fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob, extractor & oven, fresh cloths & washing up products supplied. Large lounge & dining area with Italian leather furniture & Spanish objets d'art. There is also 2 single pull out beds in the lounge area for occasional use.

The ceiling is inset with dimmer spot lighting, there is Sky satellite, a LCD TV, DVD player, internet WiFi access, air conditioning & a security entrance video phone.

From 27 June until 12 September this property is only available for a Saturday changeover and a minimum of 7 nights. We can be more flexible with long weekend breaks, mid-week breaks & longer stays throughout the rest of the year.
