Very spacious 2 double bedroom character apartment situated in the heart of the historic, Old Town of Palma De Mallorca.
The apartment has been tastefully restored has lots of character, high beamed ceilings, original clay terracotta floors, shutters on the windows and many other original features. The apartment has a new white bathroom suite and newly restored kitchen with washing machine.
The apartment is located in the centre of the old town of Palma, only a minutes walk from the best Architecture, Museums, Art Galleries, Bars, Restaurants and some of the most fantastic designer shops in the whole of Majorca, if not the whole of Spain.
The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the most prestigious Square in Palma the famous Plaza Major and only a 7 minutes walk to the historic and beautiful Palma Cathedral and the gorgeous port of Palma. The apartment is only an 8 minute walk to La Lonja, famous for its many Tapas Bars, nightlife and fantastic restaurants.
The apartment is also only 9 minutes walk to the lovely sandy Playa De Palma Beach, making it the perfect place for a combined city break and beach holiday all rolled into one.
The apartment is light and airy and situated on the 3rd floor of a historic building but does have 49 steps from street level to the apartment, so not really suitable for the elderly or inferm. The apartment is situated on one of the main streets which forms part of the historic walk of Palma, with people such as President Clinton having taken this famous walk. You will often see the horse drawn carriages carrying site seer’s travel along the apartment street.
There is a bakery and grocery shop in the street of the apartment and restaurants in the pretty Square which is at the end of the apartment street.
Easy Jet and many other bargain airlines fly into Palma De Mallorca daily and the apartment is only an 8 minute Taxi or bus ride from the airport (with buses and taxis available just outside the Airport door)

Majorca is a very diverse island with fantastic beaches, huge mountains, quaint villages and towns and a very warm welcome, especially to families! There are huge water parks located in both Arenal and magalluf, which are both just a short bus journey from Palma.
Every kind of watersport is available within the area and there are numerous world-class golf courses.
Palma De mallorca is the capital of the balearics and has the most fantastic architecture, museums, galleries and a prestigious shopping district with the finest of designer shops.
The Palma / Palma Old Town area
The Old Town of Palma offers some of the finest Architecture, Museums, Art Galleries, Bars, Restaurants and designer shops in the whole of Majorca, if not the whole of Spain.
Palma is a spectacle of prestigious Square including the famous Plaza Major and the beautiful Palma Cathedral is like a jewel in it's crown. The gorgeous bay of Palma has some of the most spectacular yatchs and is the port of call for many prestigous cruises. The La Lonja area of Palma is famous for its many Tapas Bars, nightlife and fantastic restaurants.
The lovely sandy Playa De Palma Beach, just adds to the sparkle of Palma making it the perfect place for a combined city break and beach holiday, all rolled into one.
Many famous names including President Clinton have taken the historic walk of Palma Old Town, and you will often see beautiful horse drawn carriages carrying site seer’s around Palma's historic streets and palm tree lined boulevards.
The people are extemely warm and friendly and Palma holds many fiestas throughout the year.

We stayed here for just one week, but we had every day something to do. The man who ownes the bakery, is very nice and every morning we got something there. Everything is near by. And the supermarket is very large! The apartment is also very nice. We wanted to stay a little bit longer, but that wasn't possible haha. We had no problems with our neighbours, we didn't even saw any neighbours. It was very quiet. I would like to go back to this apartment, maybe next year. We had a fantastic time. |

This apartment is situated just in the heart of Palma, the location can't be better. We have been there two weeks in July and again one week in October, because we lost our hearts to this charming apartment. It is near to all the beatiful designer shops and near to the wonderful Palma beach. The bathroom is perfect and the kitchen contains everything necessary for a confortable holiday, we have rent a lot of other apartments in Palma, but this apartment is more charming than all the other. Sitting in the apartment listening to the local music from Place den Coll is a really fantastic experience. Off course we like to rent this apartment again. |
