Fully restored and furnished to a high standard, the apartment has free wireless internet, Astra Satellite TV, DVD, music system, ipod speaker, heating, air-con and bar area.
The fully equipped kitchen has an American style fridge freezer and leads out to a small private terrace, with wonderful views of the old town, mountains and sea. The cosy,open fireplace is a lovely feature which makes this the perfect all year round destination to relax and discover the beauty and history both Palma and Mallorca have to offer.

The apartment is a short walking distance from many points of interest. Exclusive shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and cocktail bars and supermarkets are located within this area. Beaches, yacht clubs, golf courses, railway and bus stations are all within 15 minutes' drive.
It is also within walking distance of the best places of interest in Palma city, including the Cathedral. the Arab Baths. La Almudaina Royal Palace. Palau Sollerich Art Centre. Es Baluard Museum of Modern Art and La Lonja exhibition centre.

"Expected better quality at this price"
On arrival at this location you are stunned by the grace and beauty of the building. As you ascend the beautiful stairway, all the apartments have solid wooden doors and shiny brass furniture., The… More
I understand your disappointment with Ryan Air but I am saddened that your frustration was vented on the studio. You fail to mention that your flight was cancelled , that you were incredibly grateful because we called you to alert you of the strike just as you were about to leave for the airport. Having found another flight which departed two days later I happily accommodated you at no extra charge despite the fact that I had to stay in a hotel for two days at considerable expense as I had booked the studio myself on those dates . The description of the entrance as a 'shed' is nothing more than fiction . The door is the original door with all it's original features . There are two locked grey storage cupboards which hold my personal belongings on the landing . My neighbour also has a cupboard and I can only assume that you have gone onto their property and looked inside as I have no idea where these items you mention are situated . The studio is exactly that .....a studio otherwise it would have been described as an apartment . I lovingly designed that amazing space to accommodate everything one may need from sleeping, cooking , showering , relaxing etc within a space of 45 sq mtrs , the terrace also has an additional 45 sq mtrs hence the additional outdoor kitchen , dinning area and sofas for al fresco living in summer.
This reform was done 18 months ago so everything is new . The ' grubby' look is polished concrete on the floor which is the latest interior design alternative for tiles and the kitchen is a unique product ' Huguet' which was invented locally in Campos , a natural porus product which ages and is in keeping with the character of a 17 th century palace . I used locally sourced or recycled products wherever possible including old shutters . Although not a huge floor area the studio has a spacious light feel and stunning views from every window whether it be ocean, cathedral or old town architecture. The 'dead 'plants are cactuses ! There are two coin sized oil stains on the patio cushions which I spilt myself , new ones are on order but I can assure you that they are clean as is everything else. No attempt has ever or would ever be made to disguise the location in relation to the road . Normally my clients are aware of where Palma Cathedral is situated and come especially because of the prestigious location . D'alt de Murada is the most expensive real estate in the whole of Spain offering beach , city and culture. I personally checked you in and spent 30 minutes on orientation . You called me several times during the week with various questions I was happy to answer even at 12.30AM .

Couldn't agree more with the other review! It is a beautiful little studio in a perfect location with an absolutely stunning view! My wife and I could have spent all day and night just sitting on the huge balcony watching the sea while savouring the air and sunshine / starry sky. Ideal if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday far from everything. We would love to come back!

"An awesome view"
We rented the independent studio loft apartment located up an internal spiral staircase from the large apartment below. It was very small but the outstanding views over the magnificent Cathedral and of course the whole bay of Palma were stunning. It was like watching a movie unfolding day by day. Good natural air flow through the apartment + air con. Good comfortable bed (no chairs or interior dining area - but these were unecessary). Satellite TV with all UK channels + Hi Fi. Very limited wardrobe space and cupboards, very small galley kitchen but well equipped (no dishwasher). Bathroom was a good size and water pressure adequate for the shower. Large exterior terrace with dining table and sofas which also located the washing machine and a sink, plants along the railings. The apartment was on the 4th floor of an old Palacio. A lift served 2 floors then you had to walk the rest. Parking is difficult (apartment located in a secure residents area with cameras) but you can find a way round this, or rent a garage off the owner.
In all it was wonderful, really dead center of the city, surrounded by ancient buildings and walls and the park with the fountain just below, then the sea beyond.... Fabulous.
