Villa Sa Pau is an attractive holiday home built in the traditional Mallorcan style in keeping with the 15th century buildings of the small hotel in whose estate it can be found.

Producing wine until a few years ago hectares of vineyards and rolling hills stretch as far as the eye can see with nothing to
eak the tranquil atmosphere.

The Villa can be found in Santa María, a historical town in central Mallorca but only 15 minutes from the capital, Palma, and an ideal location to enjoy rural and urban living, the nearby golf courses, restaurants and beaches.

The best place to enjoy these gorgeous surroundings is at the poolside (shared with the hotel guests) where you´ll find plenty of sun loungers to allow you to really relax and escape any worries. The villa also has its own large terrace in front of the house, decorated with flower pots and with a dining table and chairs under a pergola, perfect for pleasant al fresco meals. Furthermore, a shaded lounge area is also tucked in here, providing a cool sanctuary in the burning sun.

If you´re a more active type than there´s still plenty to keep you happy: horse riding, walking excursions, boat trips and cookery classes just to name a few activities.



Interior

The villa´s interiors are modern and very chic in style, sure to appeal to all tastes. Living space consists of a stylish sitting room where you´ll find comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and a flat screen television, and a complete kitchen with all you could need for self-catering.

There are also two double bedrooms on the same level, so the property would be appropriate for small groups or families of up to 4. Finally, there is a large double-basin bathroom and air conditioning/heating throughout.
