The Mallorca/Majorca region

Palma is one of Europes most elegant cities. It has all the amenities you would associate with a capital city but also has plenty of hidden charms just waiting to be discovered. Palma continues to attract tourist's of all types from both ends of the spectrum. Palma's most famous landmark has to be it's cathederal which must be visited by all who stay in this diverse city. Palma de Majorca Cathedral, was built on top of the ancient city walls of the historic quarter of the Mediterranean island's capital, and is essentially Gothic in design, although there are other artistic influences.


Palma / Palma Old Town area

Palma is the capital city on the island of Mallorca. The old town has some of the best Tapas bars and restaurants on the island, and it's here that you get a feel of how diverse Palma really is.
The city is also a fantastic place to go shopping and there are some real bargains to be found here. Whether you are clothes shopping or looking for a souvenier of your stay you will find it in Palma.
There are various activities including Water Sport's, Golf, Tennis, an Aquapark and horse riding. There are various boat excursions from the Marina which take you to different parts of the island, in short there is somthing for everyone in this fantastic city.

Flights are availabale from all international and most regional airports to Palma International. Car Hire and taxis/Transfers can be arranged in the airport.

Beautiful apartment which never dissapoint's be it for a Summer or Winter Sun break. Exceptionally furnished to a very high standard.

The apartment has its own roof terrace. You can relax after a hard days shopping in the stunning Jacuzzi which is solely for the use of our guests as is the rest of the terrace as it's only accessible from the apartment. The roof terrace also has a barbecue which emerges from the wall via electric switch which maximizes space. There are also sunbeds provided for you use.
The setting cannot be better. The street runs parallel with Passeig des Born which is the most exclusive shopping street in Palma. The apartment is a stone's throw from La Llonja which is where most of the best tapa restaurants in Palma are. Every cobblestone road leads to Palace courtyards & fine art galleries.

Please no pets are allowed in this apartment and there is no smoking allowed in the apartment. These details are Non- Negotiable. A £300 security bond is required on this apartment 2 weeks prior, Final Payment 6 weeks before arrival. An initial deposit of 30% will secure your booking (non refundable) Check-in from 3pm on arrival day, and property must be vacated by 10am on the departure day.
The property will be cleaned throughout before arrival and after departure this is not chargeable. Any additional cleaning (spillages etc.) needed will be chargeable.
