'Jeff's apartment in Palma is absolutely gorgeous. The view is breathtaking and the location is great. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a huge shopping mall about 10 mins (by foot) from the apartment. A few lovely beaches are only about a 10 minute drive away. The apartment is clean and fully equipped. Everything from the booking to the checkout went well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates luxury for a great price. Jeff gave us his mobile number so we were able to reach him at any time. He also gave us great tips of which beaches we should go to and recommended great restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment has easy access all year round to this fabulous City and Island. Situated on the front line of Palma, and only a short walk to the fantastic marina with restaurants, luxury pool and wonderful night life. Palma is an amazing city, stylish, historic and fun, with great cala beaches to the east and west of the town which must be explored.
Situated on the Paseo de Maritimo, Edifico Neptuno is home to this beautifully equipped designer apartment, with panoramic views over the Marina del Mar and the City of Palma. At night the City lights and the Cathedral come to life. If you are looking for a romantic city location with easy access to the Island this is a great place to stay. Fantastic for romantics, the retired and for a couple with a young child. Our 4 year old loves Palma!
The apartment is ideally located for easy access to the marina it's restaurant, cafe, bars and the night club. The night life of Palma is legendary. Edifico Neptuno sits next to the peaceful Parc de la Quarentena and walking distance from the City centre. For winter breaks the apartment provides a great hub for exploring this historic Island by car, rail, bus, and boat. For playing golf, tennis and eating at restaurants that cater for all tastes and budgets.
During the summer the apartment provides easy access to the beaches east and west of Palma. Why not charter a boat for the day, and really see Mallorca? It's not cheap but worth every penny! and we have access to some great discounts on all kinds of Yacht and Boat Charter.
The apartment has no private pool, but access to the fantastic Pool at the Marina del Mar is recommended and a day pass is only around 10 Euros. For families there is a daily creche from 15 Euros per child.
The open plan nature of the apartment allows guests to enjoy the views all year round. Leading from the living area is a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and the luxury bathroom is fitted with contemporary sanitary ware and a walk in shower. The ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances which includes a fabulous built in coffee machine and all you need to eat in and relax. Furnished with a contemporary sofa with dining table and chairs that enable you to dine al fresco if you chose, with the best view of Palma possible.
Take your favorite DVDs and watch a great movie on the latest LCD HD TV.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift and stairs, There is a wheel chair ramp for access to the building but the doors in the apartment are small and not all wheelchairs will go through them.
The third bed is the sofa which can be made into a single bed.
The glass curtain can be folded back to give you total uninterrupted views of the marina and the City.

Free street parking is available all around the apartment, The apartment is opposite the Marina del Mar, The Marina has a fantastic cafe, restaurant and night club and day memberships are only 10 euros if you want to use the fabulous pool, go on spoil yourself! There is also a nice little park next to the apartment which is great for young children and on the weekend and some evening they have a little bar open too!
We also have a great relationship with local English owned yacht charter businesses if you would like to charter a yacht or a boat with or without a skipper.
For direct reservations 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment is required within six weeks of the arrival date. Credit card details are required to cover any damages and a key deposit of 50€ is required in cash on collection of the keys from Film Houses.
Arrival time is after 2pm departure time is before 11am

Mallorca is the Jewel of the Mediterranean, don't take our word for it come and see! Just make sure you drive by Magaluf and Palma Nova as this is as far apart from Palma as you can get.......In reality the status quo is ideal, the stag and hens from the UK embark to Magaluf and The German equivalent head east to Palma Nova....This leaves Palma and the rest of Mallorca to bath in the beauty of the Balearic's.
In total contrast to Palma Nova and Magaluf, Palma de Mallorca is often described as the thinking man's Barcelona. Fabulous by night with something for everyone and by day the island begs to be explored. Palma has some wonderful architecture and of course shopping! The City and Mallorca satisfies all the senses. The island from the ocean is a paradise, you may be anchored up or laying out your sun loungers in your chosen cala, either way most of the cala beaches nearest Palma have an exotic mix of pearlescent blue sea, white sand, great food and beautiful people. Mallorca is a winter delight too, great scenery, walks, train rides, golf, tennis, restaurants, bars, or just chill in the apartment it has the best view of Palma guaranteed!

"Cozy and convenient !"
Rented the apt for 2 weeks and were very happy with the property. It is nicely, decorated and has modern kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was a nice treat to start the day with a good cup of cof… More

"Fantastic views from a stylish, modern apartment"
What a fabulous time we had on holiday in this apartment! Despite the fact that we had seen pictures on the website, the flat - and its view – was still a fantastic surprise when we arrived. We felt really at home and could really have spent the whole holiday sitting at the window with the glass curtain open watching the world pass by: it never ceased to entertain us, day or night. The apartment was always a pleasure to come back to when we'd been out for the day with its well-equipped kitchen (which we rarely used - far too many good places to eat out) and luxurious bathroom.
Like other reviewers, we also felt that we had the best of both worlds: a cultured city break but with the added bonus of the stunning sea views and the buzz surrounding the harbour and marina. The walk along the waterfront into the old town was always a pleasure.
Palma is a lovely city and we enjoyed exploring both it and the island. We would return in a second - and would certainly check to see if this flat was available!

"Stunning views by day and night."
My partner and I were looking for an apartment to relax in and enjoy the views and we certainly were not disappointed. Palma Cathedral is a stunning backdrop to a bright and lively marina that can be seen from all angles of the balcony and the perfect scene to enjoy your breakfast by... or sample a glass or two of wine in the evening.
Everything is available and easy to manage and I thoroughly recommend making use of the coffee machine. There are some very good restaurants close by....or take advantage of the local Carrefours supermarket at Porto Pi for every item you could possibly need. (turn right and a 20 min walk from the apartment)
