About the home

Apartment accommodation comprises of :

A spacious Lounge Diner, leading to a sunny terrace overlooking the shared pool and gardens. It is fully furnished with two sofas , dining furniture T.V., With English Channels, DVD and CD players.

Two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers

The fitted kitchen has a cooker,washing machine,fridge freezer, microwave,kettle,toaster,iron and ironing board,all cutlery,crockery,glasses and cooking utensils are supplied.

A larger than average bathroom with bath,shower attachment, handbasin with fitted vanity unit,bidet & wc.

The terrace has an outdoor table and four chairs, a clothes airer is provided for drying.

There is a portable Electric fire for use in winter. A portable fan for each bedroom,also a ceiling fan is fitted to the lounge dining area.

Our terrace over looks the lovely communal swimming pool.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca is a beautiful diverse island with something for everyone, from holiday resorts boasting clean sandy beaches to mountain villages with breathtaking views to colourfull ports and historical buildings

The capital Palma has narrow winding streets leading onto shady tree lined avenues and plazas. The main attraction other than the fabulous shopping, or eating in some of the best restaurants in the mediterranean is the magnificent Cathedral a must to visit.

The Palma Nova area

Palma Nova is the perfect holiday resort, situated in Malloca's sunny south coast, it has a choice of three sandy beaches equipped with sun loungers and lifeguards in the summer months.

It has a long splendid seafront promenade lined with shops restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.

There are medical facilities on the front , Pharmacies and the British Medical centre.
A tourist information centre, Car hire facilities, money exchange and Banks.

Palma Nova is home to the popular Golf Fantasia, nearby are two waterparks, Go-Carting, and Mallorca's only Casino.

For night birds Magaluf with its many bars and clubs is about 15 minutes walk from Palma Nova.

Easy access to the motorway, taxi's and buses makes Palma Nova an ideal base from which to explore all the diverse areas this beautiful island has to offer.

Fly to Palma Mallorca, flights are available with most low cost and major airlines from many local and major airports in the UK and Europe.

From the airport Taxis are available 24 hours (cost Approx 30 Euros)
Buses will take you from the airport to Palma where buses are available to take you directly to Palma Nova.
Many Car hire companies operate from the airport and can be booked in advance by telephone & online.

“absolutley great” was everything the advert said and more comfortable eveything you need is at hand shops beach the location was ideal will defernitley be booking it again

We had a great time in Palma Nova, The apartment suited the four of us as the two bedrooms and separate lounge gave us all space and privacy, can we book again for a week in September.
