Home description
This apartment is in a residential block in a quiet area but only 250 metres from the beach and promenade in Palma Nova. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk but Magalluf is only a short walk away too.
Puerto Portals, a playground for the rich and famous, is within walking distance. Here you will find many bars and restaurants along the side of the port and can while away many happy hours looking at the fabulous superyachts often moored there and spotting the celebrities on holiday.
The apartment was renovated and furnished with a view to it being my home and our repeat guests say it is beginning to feel like their home too.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca has something for everyone, it is a lovely island with areas of outstanding natural beauty. Palma is less than 10miles from the apartment and is a lovely city to visit. There is a walkway running all the way from Palma Nova to Palma and for the energetic it's a fantastic way to see other local areas.
Palma Nova area
Palma Nova has everything the holidaymaker could wish for. The beaches are within 200 metres from the apartment. There are many local, bars, restaurants and cafes offering a superb range of cuisine. Already many of these have superb offers and menu of the day specials because of the value of the £ to €. Magalluf is within 15 minutes walk and Puerto Portals is within 30 mins walk
How to get there
Many airlines fly into Palma from most regional airports in the UK. Easyjet offer fantastic rates all year round. If booked early enough, it is possible to obtain return flights in July and August for less than £100 per person. Taxis are approx €35 from the airport to the apartment but there are many car hire firms at the airport if required. Carrentals.co.uk are an excellent agent for car rental. Alternatively, to book direct and collect at the airport, I would recommend recordrentacar.com or Sixt. Car parking is readily available near the apartment.

This apartment has been renovated to a luxurious standard and is only available to couples and families. A fully refundable deposit of £100 is required along with the payment. This will be refunded within 14 days after you vacate the property providing there are no breakages/damage.
