Modern air-conditioned three bedroom apartment , recently decorated and furnished. Consisting of two twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and one bedroom with a set of bunk beds. Two shower rooms with WCs and vanity washbasins. Lounge area with open-plan fully fitted kitchen, overlooking the swimming pool and views to Palma Nova Bay, sunny balcony, which is accessible from both the main living area and the kitchen.

A two minute walk will take you immediately onto the beach and to an excellent selection of shops and restaurants.
Conveniently located for all the amenities, in both Palm Nova and Magaluf.

Check in time on your arrival day is from 2.00pm onwards.

Strictly No Smoking anywhere in this apartment.
Our apartment is located in a residential area therefore bookings can only be accepted from couples and families. Sorry, no 'group' bookings.

Palma Nova is located in the south west of Mallorca.
It is an island of outstanding natural beauty.
There is everything here to make your holiday one to remember.
Palmanova has great night life with its many bars and restaurants all with in walking distance and adjoining resort of Magaluf.

The Palma Nova / Son Matias area

Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 100 metres away and offers sun loungers & parasols for those how like to stay cool. Many water sports are on offer ie pedalos, jet skis, paragliding

Golf
The resort is well know for good golf courses there is four and are a short 15 minutes drive away.
They are very popular with holiday maker that it is advisable to book.

Travel
The nearest airport is Palma airport this is approximately 20 minutes drive away. There is a regular bus service to and from the airport. Taxis are readily available also. Car hire is not essential as Palma Nova is very central.

Distances
The capital Palma is 15 minutes away. Worth a visit is the beautiful Cathedral. Palma is a very historical town. It holds a large market every Saturday. Cruise liners moor in Palma and many luxury yachts can be seen.

Also only 5 minutes drive away is Marineland where you can see dolphins, seals and many other marine animals. A variety of shows and sight seeing tours are easily booked through local tour operators.
