Home description
This comfortable apartment is in the 5th floor and it is accesible with lift or a staircase. It can accommodate 4 people, has a double queen size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker,fridge freezer, coffee mashine,toaster,iron and ironing board,all cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils are supplied.The bathroom has a washing mashine, shower and wc.
The living room leads to a sunny balcony that overlooks the swimming pool, minigolf yard and the pine trees in the neighbourhood. It has a table with four chairs, ideal for a relaxing evening at home.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is one of the most beautiful islands in Europe. It is blessed with beautiful beaches, some of them still virgin, mountains, caves and lovely landscapes.
There are so many places to visit from museums, vineyards, cellers, markets,local festivals to water parks.There is a large choice of activities on the island such golfing (18 golf curses),walking, cycling, horse-riding,swimming, climbing, caving, diving...
Palma Nova area
Palmanova is on the South West of the island, only 15 minuts drive from Palma de Mallorca or easily reached by public bus. It is a perfect spot for a family holiday. A large sandy beach with all kinds of water sports is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Marineland in Costa d'en Blanes and Agualand in Magaluf are only a few minutes drive on a public bus. A long sea front promenade is lined with restaurants, local bars, cafes and shops. Also lots of night clubs and bars are only 20 minutes walk in Magaluf.
There is also a tourist information centre in Palmanova, rent a car facilities, nearby Golf Fantasia and Mallorca's Casino.
How to get there
Flights to Palma Mallorca are available with most low cost and major airlines from major airports in Europe. The airport is about 20 minutes drive from Palmanova.You can hire a car there (better to book before coming to Mallorca) and choose from many companies that operate there.You can take a taxi which will cost you about 30 euros. Or you can take a bus to Palma centre and from there you take a bus that takes you directly to Palmanova. We will supply you with written directions on how to find the apartment.
