Fully furnished 3 bedroomed apartment, comprising of master bedroom with en suite shower room, 2 further bedrooms with 2/3 beds, a family bathroom, lounge area, a dining area with a fully fitted kitchen leading off.

The sunny balcony overlooking the beach is accessed from both the main living area and the master bedroom.

A 2-minute walk will take you immediately onto the beach.

Conveniently located for all the amenities, in both Palm Nova and Magaluf.

An eighth person can be accomodated on a 'put you up' style bed, please ask for deatils.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Palma Nova is located in the south west of Majorca. Majorca is an island of outstanding natural beauty.

There is everything needed to make a wonderful holiday, an impressive range of bars and restaurants in Palma Nova, nightlife in the ajoining resort of Magaluf and sandy beaches for relaxing in the day. Everything needed for an enjoyable holiday IS within walking distance of the apartment.

The Palma Nova area

Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 100 metres away. It is a good size beach offering sun loungers and parasols, many water sports on offer, ie. paragliding, pedalos and much much more.

Golf
The resort of Palma Nova is very central for about four golf courses, all within 10-15 minutes drive away. The courses are of a very good standard and very popular. Booking is advisable.

Travel
The nearest airport is Palma airport this is approximately 15 minutes drive away. There is a regular bus service to and from the airport. Taxis are readily available also. Car hire is not essential as Palma Nova is very central.

Distances
The capital Palma is 15 minutes away. Worth a visit is the beautiful Cathedral. Palma is a very historical town. It holds a large market every Saturday. Cruise liners moor in Palma and many luxury yachts can be seen.

Also only 5 minutes drive away is Marineland where you can see dolphins, seals and other animals. Many shows are available by tours which are well worth visiting, ie Son Amar which is agreat evenings entertainment
