The Mallorca/Majorca region
Palma Nova is located in the south west of Majorca. It is an island of outstanding natural beauty. There is everything needed to make a wonderful holiday, an impressive range of bars and restaurants in Palma Nova, nightlife in the adjoining resort of Magaluf and sandy beaches for relaxing on during the day. All are within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Palma Nova / Son Matias area
Coast/Beach The beach is approximately 100 metres away. It is a good size beach offering sun loungers and parasols, many water sports on offer, ie. paragliding, pedalos, jet skis and much more.
Golf The resort of Palma Nova is very central for about four golf courses, all within 10-15 minutes drive away. The courses are of a very good standard and very popular. Booking is advisable.
Travel The nearest airport is Palma airport this is approximately 20 minutes drive away. There is a regular bus service to and from the airport. Taxis are readily available also. Car hire is not essential as Palma Nova is very central.
Distances The capital Palma is 15 minutes away. Worth a visit is the beautiful Cathedral. Palma is a very historical town. It holds a large market every Saturday. Cruise liners moor in Palma and many luxury yachts can be seen.
Also only 5 minutes drive away is Marineland where you can see dolphins, seals and many other marine animals. A variety of shows and sight seeing tours are easily booked through local tour operators.
How to get there
Fly to Palma Airport - Palma Nova is just 20 km from the airport. Cheap flights available from all major low cost airlines. Great value car hire available from www.email-car-hire.com Local buses run regularly between the airport and Palma Nova. There are always local taxis available. The apartment is no more than 20 minutes from the airport by car.

Strictly No Smoking anywhere in this apartment. Our apartment is located in a residential area therefore bookings can only be accepted from couples and families. Sorry, 'group' bookings cannot be accepted.

No pets allowed Strictly no smoking. Refundable security/breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee or £100 to secure booking, . Full amount due 4 weeks before your stay. Check out time on the day of your departure is 12 noon. Check in time on your arrival day is from 2.00pm onwards.
