Modern air-conditioned two bedroom apartment , recently decorated and furnished. Comprising of one double bedroom with built-in sliderobes and one twin bedroom with an extra pull out full size single bed. Family shower room with luxury jetted shower, lounge area with adjoining fully fitted kitchen, sunny balcony, overlooking the beach, which is accessible from both the main living area and the double bedroom.
A two minute walk will take you immediately onto the beach and to an excellent selection of shops and restaurants.
Conveniently located for all the amenities in Palma Nova.

Our apartment is located in a residential area therefore bookings can only be accepted from couples and families. Sorry, 'group' bookings cannot be accepted.

Refundable security/breakages deposit of £150 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% of total rental fee is required; or £100, if deposit amount is less than £100, Final balance due 6 weeks before your stay.
Check-out time on the day of your departure is 12 noon.
Check-in time on your arrival day is from 2.00pm onwards.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Palma Nova is located in the south west of Mallorca.
It is an island of outstanding natural beauty.
There is everything needed to make a wonderful holiday, an impressive range of bars and restaurants in Palma Nova, nightlife in the adjoining resort of Magaluf and sandy beaches for relaxing on during the day. All are within easy walking distance of the apartment.

The Palma Nova / Son Matias area

Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 100 metres away. It is a good size beach offering sun loungers and parasols, many water sports on offer, ie. paragliding, pedalos, jet skis and much more.

Golf
The resort of Palma Nova is very central for about four golf courses, all within 10-15 minutes drive away. The courses are of a very good standard and very popular. Booking is advisable.

Travel
The nearest airport is Palma airport this is approximately 20 minutes drive away. There is a regular bus service to and from the airport. Taxis are readily available also. Car hire is not essential as Palma Nova is very central.

Distances
The capital Palma is 15 minutes away. Worth a visit is the beautiful Cathedral. Palma is a very historical town. It holds a large market every Saturday. Cruise liners moor in Palma and many luxury yachts can be seen.

Also only 5 minutes drive away is Marineland where you can see dolphins, seals and many other marine animals. A variety of shows and sight seeing tours are easily booked through local tour operators.

“Fantastic Apartment! Best location possible!” We just got back from staying in patricias apartment in the el carmen apartments. We were all really impressed by the apartment. Great view (tthe pics dont do it justice) overlooking the palma nova beach which is lovely and quiet. The apartment is really well equiped, clean, spacious, modern, and cosey. The air con is a really bonus if its hot! it works superb! I cant stress enough how fab the location of the apartment is no matter what you want to do. It is so quiet you dont hear any night life and the area around it is calm and placid. But within literally a 5 minute walk max your at loads of restaurants and on the magaluf strip if that takes your fancy! its so nice to go into the busy area at night but then come back and leave it all behind for what i would say would be a 3 min walk. Its also really well located for all other sorts of things aswell like water sports and boat trips, which dock iterally 2 mins away. theres loads of trips tht pick up outside the gate of the apartments. its near to a bus stop which has regular buses that go everywhere! Must be in the best location in majorca as it would suit any group of any age! Will definatly be back!
