Beautiful apartment located a mere 1 minute walk away from Palma Nova and amenities. The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom wiil consist of a bunkbed.1 large bathroom, kitchen, 3 lovely sunny balconys with sitting areas and sunbathing all day long, living room and dining area, air con, lcd tv with English satellite. Everything in this apartment is virtually BRAND NEW!!!

A 1 minute walk will take you immediately onto the beach and to an excellent selection of shops and restaurants. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE NOTICE OF INTERACTIVE MAP LOCATION, THE APARTMENT IS SITUATED ON JOAN ALCOVER, 1 MIN FROM BEACH!

Conveniently located for all the amenities, in both Palm Nova and Magaluf.

Our apartment is located in a residential area therefore bookings can only be accepted from couples and families. Sorry, 'group' bookings cannot be accepted.

Refundable security/breakages deposit of £100 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee or £100 to secure booking, . Full amount due 6 weeks before your stay.
Check out time on the day of your departure is 12 noon.
Check in time on your arrival day is from 2.00pm onwards.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Situated in the Mediterranean sea west of the Spanish mainland, Mallorca is an island of truly outstanding natural beauty. Palma Nova is located in the island's southwest, looking towards the island of Ibiza. In Palma Nova itself, there are all the amenities you need for a relaxing and fun holiday, including white sandy beaches for relaxing and soaking up the Spanish sunshine, a wide variety of bars and restaurants catering to every taste, and for those who are so inclined a vibrant nightlife in the nearby resort of Magaluf.

The Palma Nova area

Of course, the main attraction of a holiday in the Balearics is the beautiful white sandy beaches that characterise the area. There is a decently-sized beach just 5 minutes from our property, offering energetic types the opportunity to try out a range of watersports, while if you feel more lethargic you can lie in the shade under a parasol and just enjoy being on holiday! If you're more interested in seeing what lives under the waves than in surfing on top of them, consider making the 5-minute drive to Marineland, home to dolphins, seals and other marine life!

Palma Nova (and Mallorca in general) is also a great destination for keen golfers. There are four excellent golf courses in the vicinity of Palma Nova (all of them within about 10-15 minutes' drive from our property). These are all very popular, so booking is desirable.

If you're more into history and culture (not to mention shopping!) then Palma, the historic capital of Mallorca, is a mere 15 minutes away from Palma Nova. The beautiful cathedral is well worth a visit, as is the bustling market held every Saturday (a great place to pick up some souvenirs for friends and family back home!) You can also take a stroll down by the harbour, where cruise liners and luxury yachts are moored for a stop off in Palma.

This is only a taster of what is on offer in Mallorca. A wide range of other activities, shows and tours are also on offer and can be booked through local tour operators.
