"Perfect Palma holiday!"
Three friends rented this lovely, quaint Spanish apartment in Palma for a long weekend in October. We had a fantastic relaxing holiday and loved the area of the apartment! There was an excellent choice of restaurants and bars within 5 - 10 minutes walk.
We found the apartment to be comfortable and had everything we needed. It has excellent living space and what a fantastic balcony! We enjoyed a coffee on the balcony in the morning and a pre dinner drink in the evening as the sun went down, great! The only thing missing was wifi but we knew this when we booked and found wifi available in every cafe and bar.
Palma is an amazing place to visit and we will definitely return and stay in the Santa Catalina apartment. Thank you!

Thank you for your review - your words are very positive as you say it's a nice apartment and value for money, great location in Palma and has a lovely local area in Santa Catalina. However it is disappointing that you have given a low review score despite enjoying your stay!
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building which gives the benefit of direct access to the large balcony. Access to the apartment is by stairs only and we do state this clearly in the text of our advert so guests are aware.

Stayed at this lovely apartment with friends in October. It had everything that we needed and was within a short walk to some great restaurants in Santa Catalina, which was really buzzing. The weather was fantastic and we used the balcony most days. It was communal although no one else in the block seemed to use it. All in all a great experience ans we can't wait to make it an annual event!.

"Great value accomodation in lovely Palma"
Myself, my sister and two girlfriends (all in our 30s) stayed here for a week in Sept 2011. In advance, we found the owner incredibly professional, unsurprising as she works in the hospitality industry.
The apartment itself is rustic and charming, but with all the mod cons you'd need. We particularly appreciated the tv and dvd player for those nights when we just fancied chilling out. It's quite spacious, even with four of us staying there and we found it very conveniently located. The only two downpoints for me were that the bathroom is really only functional (though clean of course) and there is no air conditioning (though there are plenty of windows and fans so actually it wasn't too much of a problem).
Santa Catalina itself is a great district with loads of restaurants and bars, and the apartment is a good base to explore it from. It's also 5 mins away from the bus stop to go to the beach, 10-15 mins from the city centre, and the same from the port.
My friends and I all loved staying in the apartment and I would certainly rent it again (and probably will next year!). Overall, it's extremely good value for money and well priced.
