The apartment with a total size of 98 m2 is ideal for couples with or without children . There are 2 bedrooms available, both with double bed and spectacular views of the beach. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

The property is located on the 1st floor. On the small balcony you can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the promenade. There are table and 2 chairs available. In the living room you can relax on the modern sofa reading a good book, watching TV or just enjoying the views. There is also a large dining table. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking: adjacent to kitchen appliances such as microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge freezer and coffee maker are also kitchen utensils such as cutlery, cutting board and wooden spoon available. The apartment has a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board with iron. Please note that no pets are allowed.

The leisure and cultural activities in the capital city is very diverse, but the cathedral and the old town are the most popular attractions.

In the immediate vicinity you will find small supermarkets, snack bars, restaurants, bars, banks, doctors, pharmacies, and the sandy beach and the bus stop. Can Pastilla is located in the south of the island and is a very lively place with great gastronomic offer, and many nightlife venues . Especially in high season attracts the beautiful beach and the numerous recreational opportunities to many visitors and tourists.
