This beautifully refurbished apartment is located on the third floor of a wonderful Mallorquin building in Las Ramblas, now superbly renovated into six exquisite apartments with a charming entrance courtyard. Beautifully presented, this apartment has top quality furnishings, internet connection,double glazed windows, hot & cool air conditioning system.

Simply walk out the door, turn right and you are at the middle of “Las ramblas” and 2 minutes walking distance to “Plaza mayor”. Visit some of the boutique shops and famous Corte Ingles shopping centre only a 10 minute walk away. The attractive fishing harbour Portixol is within a few minutes taxi drive as are the white sandy Palma beaches.

The deposit fee will be returned to you at check out once is checked that you leave the apartment in mint conditions.
The deposit required for the apartment is detailed in the price list attached.
In case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment, no deposit money will be returned.
Please note that organizing parties or making inappropriate noise in the apartment is completely forbidden in order not to disturb the neighbors.
Should the neighbors complain about unusual noise, the deposit money will not be returned.
Inviting people for the night is completely forbidden as well.
One key set will be handed to you at your arrival. Your deposit includes one key set.
If you require additional keys you only have to let us know in advance.
This is a non smoking apartment. We strongly recommend not smoking inside the apartment.
Should you like to enjoy smoking inside the apartment we have no choice of charging you for additional cleaning fee based in "odor treatment" plus an additional daily rate (we need one additional day to get the odor away).
Al the supplies inside the apartment are includes in the rate:
* Water & electricity. Excess use of it will be charged. Please close all windows and doors when running the Air condition Systems to avoid any extra charge, and switch them off always when going out.
* Laundry machine and the complimentary soap. You are welcome to use it at your own risk.
* Dish washer and complimentary dish soap.
* Coffee maker and the complimentary capsules.
* WIFI Internet access
* Complimentary welcome set (all the food and drinks that you will find at your arrival)
APARTMENT ELEMENTS (insurance)
The insurance does not cover for the breaking or damaging of house ware or other elements. Unfortunately if any element is damage or broken we have no choice but to charge you for it.
The prices that you will find in the list are the cost prices.
If anything brakes or damage you are welcome to replace it (we will let you know the shop) or just be charged for it.
If you wish to buy any of the elements we will be glad to sell it to you at our cost. (All of them are detailed in the price list).

"Should be kept a secret but ............"
What a lovely gem. An apartment in a traditional setting in a quiet part of Palma. Very safe with a locked entrance gate into a lovely enclosed court yard. The apartment is well laid out with goodies in the refrigerator, beautiful bedding and towels. Alfonso is so helpful and gave all the information to make the stay so good. The apartment is in walking distance of the bus and train stations and easy access into the centre of Palma and the sea front. Directions to the apartment were supplied in advance.

"An enchanting stay in a wonderful apartment"
We had a wonderful stay in Palma which was made even more special because our accommodation was so fantastic. Alfonso met us on arrival and made us feel immediately welcome. The apartment is very well equipped - Alfonso seems to have thought of everything - and there is an amazing terrace which gets the sun all day. We had fun cooking a BBQ there one evening, drinking Rioja and enjoying the views across the rooftops. The location is great, right in the heart of the city yet peaceful at night, walking distance from all the main sights, local transport, shopping and 5 minutes from the local bakers for delicious fresh bread and pastries for breakfast on the terrace. It was also very handy having the use of Alfonso's Brompton bikes to get to the beautiful beaches and harbours. Can't wait to go back!
