Home description
Our latest welcome addition is called Clover House and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a large non-chlorine pool and spa. Set in a tranquil 'English country garden' setting with lots of areas to sit and read and relax, this charming home will be ready for guests by November, 2006!
All rooms have large flat screen TVs and also DVD players. There is a home theater coming soon, with a 100-inch screen! There is also a computer and printer, and wireless high speed internet, plus free local and long distance calling to the USA and Canada. There is a large barbecue and a cozy fireplace. The home is tiled throughout, with large area rugs. The dining table extends to seat ten, and there is outside dining also.
The kitchen has the same fully restored 1940s OKeefe and Merrit stove as the Fleur and English Cottages, and oozes charm and a welcome feel as our other properties. Bedding, as always, is luxurious double pillow-top Englander beds, all of which feature European bedding and double pillow-top mattresses with three matress protectors. Hygeine and cleanliness is a top priority in all homes. There are new pillows for each and every booking.

California is a diverse state that can boast a warm climate and a great mixture of cities and farm land. California is famous for the bright lights of Hollywood, and the Disney resort. Palm Springs is just 110 miles east of Los Angeles, and with the convenience of American Freeways this is just a few hours by car. You are close to Disney, San Diego, Mexico, and beach areas which are just a 90-minute drive.

Located close to 100 golf courses! Stroll down quaint downtown Palm Springs and enjoy a margarita in one of the many sidewalk bars and cafes. After all, this is the playground of the rich and famous! Enjoy the Thursday night street fair, with music, food, crafts, farmers market and more! Upscale Saturday and Sunday market is held at nearby Palm Desert. After the market, window shop along famous El Paseo Drive!

Fleur and Clover are identical twin homes, so due to their location being very close to eachother, they can be booked for two families or friends wanting privacy yet closeness.

Dear Carole Subject: The Cottage Just a short note to thank you for the arrangements you we able to make to accommodate us, in our request for a late checkout, and to assist with what I believe was a request for the next renters for an early check in at the ‘Cottage’. Your assistance and that also of Sharon were exemplary in making and completing these arrangements. Suffice to say, we were delighted with our stay at the ‘Cottage’ and were not in anyway disappointed with what we found on our arrival. I think you know that had that been the case, being an old Scot, I would have made my feelings felt from the outset. The old world charm of the place was just as was to be seen on the web site and how you had described the property during our subsequent phone conversations prior to me making the booking. I know from personal experience that renters need to place a lot of trust in the companies that provide accommodations and we were more than satisfied in every respect. So much so, that we are seriously considering a request for a booking next year. In addition, I shall have no problems recommending your wonderful ‘Cottage’ to some of my friends. They are always on the lookout for something special in the winter warmth of the USA.
