Further details indoors: Perched on a knoll with sweeping mountain views is this delightful French cottage in beautiful Rancho Mirage, located close to the ever growing River Restaurant Complex with all the nice restaurants, movies and shopping areas, and close to trendy, ritzy El Paseo with all its fine shops and restaurants. Palm Desert is about one mile away. Most major restaurants, many golf courses and shopping are also within one mile. Home is also within walking distance of the Jewish Temple.
Fleur Cottage has three large bedrooms and three baths all with showers however one also has a tub. There is also an outside shower for hot Summer days or rinsing off after a refreshing swim. The theme here is outdoor living in charming, upscale surroundings with flowers and trees. There is an extra large family dining table to sip your wine and enjoy dinner with friends outside. The pool has three cascading waterfalls and the therapy spa is large enough for everyone to soak and enjoy.
There are three very nice bedrooms. The two guest rooms have a patio exposure with French doors and are very sunny in the day. They have European pillow top beds of the highest quality, with hypoallergenic duvets. The oversized master suite overlooks the garden with a large spa right outside. The California king size bed is also European pillow top and the highest quality duvets. For your relaxing pleasure, there is also a 32-inch plasma on the wall. We also provide a computer and printer with high speed broadband, and the entire home is wireless so feel free to bring a laptop! Nothing has been left out to make your stay relaxing, pleasent and enjoyable. The very large open living room has 5 sets of French doors all leading to the outside dining and pool. There is a fireplace for winter evenings and a plasma TV on the wall and DVD for your enjoyment, as well as a cd and stereo system with surround sound.
The kitchen is light and bright with slab granite counters and every modern appliance from a Cuisinart mixer to a food saver. From a high speed electric tea kettle to a Cuisinart coffee maker. Dinner service and table settings and seating for 12 complete the scene. There are dining areas both inside and out and, coming soon, a fire pit to brighten your evenings. There is also a full-size washer and dryer, and an ironing board and iron.
This very comfortable home has left nothing out to ensure your complete enjoyment. Tastefully decorated by the owners of #101 The English Cottage, this one meets their same very high standards, and nothing has been left out.
As a special thank you from PSVC, the person making the booking for vacations of seven days or more will receive a one hour massage, free of charge. There is only one complimentary massage per booking, however we can provide certificates for all other guests at a special rate. Dear Carole Subject: The Cottage Just a short note to thank you for the arrangements you we able to make to accommodate us, in our request for a late checkout, and to assist with what I believe was a request for the next renters for an early check in at Fleur Your assistance and that also of Sharon were exemplary in making and completing these arrangements. Suffice to say, we were delighted with our stay in Fleur and were not in anyway disappointed with what we found on our arrival. I think you know that had that been the case, being an old Scot, I would have made my feelings felt from the outset. The old world charm of the place was just as was to be seen on the web site and how you had described the property during our subsequent phone conversations prior to me making the booking. I know from personal experience that renters need to place a lot of trust in the companies that provide accommodations and we were more than satisfied in every respect. So much so, that we are seriously considering a request for a booking next year. In addition, I shall have no problems recommending your wonderful Home away from Home to some of my friends. They are always on the lookout for something special in the winter warmth of the USA.
