This spacious luxurious penthouse apartment is on two floors with three private terraces including a fantastic rooftop terrace with large jacuzzi and stunning panoramic views of the sea, mountains and nature reserve.The complex has extensive tropical gardens, two swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool with sunbeds and parasols.
The apartment is finished to a very high quality, with 3 double bedrooms with Super King and King size beds and 2 single beds, 3 en-suite bathrooms and jacuzzi bath and showers. Separate WC. Plenty of space to dine inside or out.

The Tenerife region
The largest of the seven Canary Islands, Tenerife is renowned for having the highest mountain in all of Spain : Mount Teide stands at a staggering 3718 Metres high in the 'Parque Nacional de las Cañadas del Teide' (Teide National Park). It is not unusual to be basking in sunshine at sea level while observing snow on top of the mountain. Driving up through the clouds and viewing the stunning scenery above is definitely a must.
Tenerife has a wonderful warm climate all year round, with plenty of night-life, places of interest, various animal and water parks (including the famous Loro Park and the newly opened Siam Park), good restaurants and lots of excellent shopping centres.
There are direct ferries to La Gomera from the harbour in Los Cristianos, where you can also take trips to see the whales and dolphins or to go sea fishing. You can also visit the island of Madeira and the other Canary Islands.
If you are interested some underwater exploring, there are plenty of opportunities to go snorkelling or scuba diving. You can take a submarine trip 15 mins away in San Miguel.
Palm Mar area
Palm Mar is located on the coast between a beautiful nature reserve and the Guaza mountains being tranquil and serene. Two minutes walk to the pebble beach. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 5-7 miles away respectively and Costa Adeje is only 9 miles away. This quiet area has very little traffic, has a choice of restaurants (including from Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, French/Belgium and English), bars and supermarkets all within a few hundred yards.
For the energetic the location is ideal for hikers, horse trek riding, surfing, fishing, sailing, swimming, diving, but is also perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday and to enjoy the beauty of the Canarian coastline. Golfers can take advantage of the beautiful, quaint 9 hole Los Palos which is just 2 miles away, complete with driving range, putting green and a lovely cafeteria/bar at the entrance. There are another four golf courses within 20 minutes drive.
For those who may want the busy night life then Los Cristanos and Las Americas is less than a 15 minute drive.
How to get there
All major airlines from the UK and elsewhere fly to Tenerife South including Thomsons,Thomas Cook, Monarch, Globespan, Jet 2 and Easyjet on a regular basis all year round.
All of the main car hire companies are available at the airport. Recordrentacar.com is good for price/quality/reliability and the office is adjacent to luggage carousel.
Tenerife airport is very easy to use and taxis are always available costing about 20 euros to the apartment which is only 15 minutes away.

Strictly no smoking.
When booking an initial deposit is required of 25% of rental amount or a minimum sum of £500 or €600 The balance of the rental amount together with a security deposit will be required 8 weeks prior to commencement of the letting or earlier. If within 8 weeks then the security deposit and rental amount must be paid in full. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and the return of the keys).
