At only 10 mins from the International Airport of Reina Sofia and situated next to Los Cristianos, this Bay offers you a tranquil and green oasis. Thanks to the separate entry road, the residential character of the area can be guaranteed.
Do not fear mass-tourism: Palm-Mar is located between a Mountain "La Montaña de Guaza" on one side and a natural protected area "Malpaís de la Rasca" on the other, so the typical character of this area is assured. However, for a noisier night life Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a 5-10 minute drive away.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is a Spanish island and is the largest of the 7canary islands, located off the coast of Africa offering beautiful coastlines, speactacular beaches,mountains and volcanoes.
The southern part of the Island (Las Americas) is famous for it's night life.Tenerife climate is known to be warm all year round.Places of interest includes Mount Tiedi, the Parrot park which is to the north of the island in Santa Cruz is a wonderful place to visit..

In fact, Tenerife is only 90 kilometres from north to south, but majestic Mount Teide cuts the island into two very distinct zones, imbuing Tenerife with two very different characters. Step away from the holiday resorts and Tenerife’s Spanish heritage reveals itself in sleepy whitewashed plazas and tiny Spanish tapas bars, in fun-loving fiestas and elegant colonial buildings.

There are 5 golf courses within a short drive, the nearest only minutes away. Local fishing and snorkelling are available at the sea front, and in a nearby village you can try scuba diving.

Fly to Tenerife Sur- Palm Mar is a 10/15 minute drive away. Cheap flights available with Monarch/ BA/Jet 2 Com.

Further details indoors: The apartment has 2 bedrooms one single and one double with the facility to utilise a further double sofa bed in the lounge.
There are 3 terraces, the smallest leading from the main bedroom and a second large terrace leading from the lounge with table and chairs. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace with reclining chairs and dining table and chairs with BBQ.
The apartment has Sky TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, news channels etc).
Further details outdoors: This is a secure complex with access through gate using key provided. There is also intercom with gate release from the apartment.
A great selection of bars / restaurants, supermarkets and a mini-bank within 2 mins walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants within 10 mins drive.
A Taxi into Los Cristianos or Las Americas will cost around 10-15 euros.Island excursions can be arranged at the local supermarket, door to door pick up and drop off to various locations and attractions.
Palm-Mar is also an ideal spot for golfers with 5 golf courses in the region and the apartments are only 2 minutes from the sea viewable from the balcony.
This is a new urbanisation with a good selection of shops bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance.
If further apartments are required within the same complex this can be arranged.

We had a lovely holiday. The apartment was very well appointed and the complex was very well maintained. The swimming pool was great, just as it appeared in the pictures. The location was nice and quiet but still had all the amenities required.
