Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in the delightful Laderas del Palm Mar development in Palm Mar in the sunny south of Tenerife.
Only a 10 minute drive from the airport, minutes also from the lively Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas resorts and close to five top quality golf courses, we think it’s the perfect place for your Tenerife holiday.
Palm Mar is a recently developed village by the sea - set between hills on one side and a nature reserve on the other. The village offers the chance to enjoy peace and quiet in a spectacular setting. Several bars, a wealth of restaurants offering cuisine from around the world and four supermarkets combine to provide excellent amenities.

Our apartment has been equipped to a very high standard and we aim to provide our guests with a home from home - three spacious bedrooms (one double with en-suite and two twin rooms) allow 6 guests to relax in real comfort, the large living area has comfortable sofas and a dining area, there’s satellite tv, a dvd player, a hi-fi and an iPod dock.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and an oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and everything else you might need should you not find the allure of the island’s hundreds of restaurants too tempting.
An oversized terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs for 6 overlooks the pool and garden area as well as enjoying spectacular views as the sun sets over the ocean.
Our apartment is excellently serviced by a local Palm Mar company who are on hand if required and it is therefore presented to hotel standard, all linen and towels are supplied, electricity is included in the rental price as is the use of a safety deposit box. The apartment is on the third floor of the building and a lift allows easy access for anyone who finds stairs difficult.
We are happy to provide assistance with booking flights and car hire and will discuss with you ways you can make your stay as enjoyable as possible

We will ask you to provide a £100 security deposit, repayable within 5 days of the end of your rental period.
Bookings made within six weeks of the start of your stay must be paid in full. Otherwise a 25% deposit will secure your booking, the balance to be paid no less than six weeks prior to your stay. Additional servicing during your stay can be provided, details available on request
