The Tenerife region

Tenerife is a Spanish island and is the largest of the 7 Canary Islands, located off the coast of Africa. The south part of the island (Las Americas) is famous for it's night life. The climate is known to be warm in the winter months and hot in the summer. Places of interest includes Mount Teide, the new water park Siam Park. The parrot park which is to the north of the island in Santa Cruz is a great place to visit as they now have a whale show which is spectacular.l
