Palm Mar is situated in the south of the Island, only 10 minutes from both the Airport and Playa de Las Americas. Ideal for people who want to holiday in luxury and enjoy the natural surroundings, this apartment is situated less than 200 Metres from the sea front in a beautiful recently built private complex. A high percentage of these apartments are owner occupied so peace and tranquility is the norm.
The apartment is particularly suited to those seeking a relaxing holiday based in a select area but with the added advantage of being only a short taxi/car ride to the excellent nightlife in the nearby resorts of Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Torviscas, Fanabe and Costa Adeje.
There are plenty of local bars, shops & restaurants within walking distance.
The complex has extensive gardens, two swimming pools, a children's pool with plenty of sunbeds & parasols. The apartment is finished to a very high quality, with a 2nd shower/wash room adjacent to the lounge for use if the sofa bed is used. Plenty of space to dine inside or al fresco, seating for 4 is provided for both options.

The Tenerife region
The largest of the seven Canary Islands, Tenerife is renowned for having the highest mountain in all of Spain : Mount Teide stands at a staggering 3718 Metres high in the 'Parque Nacional de las Cañadas del Teide' (Teide National Park). It is not unusual to be basking in sunshine at sea level while observing snow on top of the mountain. Driving up through the clouds and viewing the stunning scenery above is definitely a must see.
Tenerife has a warm climate all year round, with plenty of night-life, places of interest, various animal and water parks and lots of excellent shopping centres.
There is a direct ferry to La Gomera from the harbour in Los Cristianos, where you can also take trips to see the whales & dolphins or to go sea fishing.
If you fancy some underwater exploring, there are plenty of opportunities to go snorkelling or 15 mins away in San Miguel you can take a submarine trip.
Palm Mar area
There are 5 championship golf courses no more than 20 mins drive away: Golf del sur , Amarilla , Las Americas , Costa Adeje and a beautiful 9 hole, par 3 course 'Los Palos' 2 mins from Palm Mar.
There are plenty of walks both locally and a short drive away with some stunning scenery to see, if you fancy fishing the sea front is just 200 Metres away.
Palm Mar is 100% residential, ideal for people who want to holiday in perfect paradise. No hotels, noisy nightlife or heavy traffic.
A short walk away are all the necessary amenities including bars, restaurants, shops, a bakery, a bank, internet access etc making Pam Mar a truly self contained town, with excellent access via roads and public transport.
