About the home

This is a very large two bedroom apartment measuring 132sq metres and is suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children. We have furnished our apartment with most of the luxuries of home with particular attention to comfort. The master bedroom has a Super king size bed (6ft Wide) and the second bedroom has twin beds which can be locked together to make a king size double bed with the relevant linen. In the lounge there are two large 3 seater quality leather sofas.

Other luxury qualities: Rooftop pool with fantastic views, Private underground parking space, Lift to all floors, Luxury En-Suite bathrooms. A fully equipped Kitchen with, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Granite worktops, washing machine, iron, ironing board. For your entertainment a 32inch flat screen TV with English channels, Quality Music System with integrated DVD player. Marble floors throughout. Smoking on the Terrace only please. There are five Golf Courses within 20min. Please note that we also have a one bedroom apartment of the same high standard in the same resort.

The private underground garage has a remote control fob to operate the garage roller door. The rooftop pool is a very quiet area and almost private most of the time. There are a number of restaurants and three minimarkets within easy walking distance as well as a doctors surgery within 150 metres.

Conditions

A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking and payment in full is due six weeks before arrival. The deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the keys.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is often called a paradise island and for good reason! The island experiences sunshine all around the year. Palm Mar is central to the South of Tenerife which makes almost every attraction and cultural sight within easy driving distance. There are too many attractions to mention but some of the most popular are a visit to the highest peak in Europe, Mount Teide which is over 12,000 ft high and commands spectacular views.

Loro Park and Jungle Park are great family excursions A drive through Masca mountains, a visit to Los Gigantes with 1800ft high cliffs, (the second largest in the world!), then sail out to see the Dolphins and Whales. In March the magnificet Siam Park opens which will be the largest water park in Europe.

There is so much to see and do and yet you could drive around the whole island in just two hours.

The Palm Mar area

Palm Mar is located between a nature reserve and the Guaza mountain being tranquil and serene. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 5-7 miles away respectively. This quiet area has very little traffic, has a number of restaurants, bars and 3 mini markets all within a few hundred yards.

For the energetic the location is Ideal for hikers, horse trek riding, surfing, fishing, sailing, swimming, diving, but is also perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday and to enjoy the beauty of the Canarian coastline. Golfers can take advantage of the beautiful, quaint 9 hole Los Palos which is just 2 miles away, complete with driving range, putting green and a lovely cafeteria/bar at the entrance. There are another four golf courses within 20 mins.

For those who may want the busy night life then Los Cristanos and Las Americas is less than a 15 minute drive.

“Beautiful Apartment” Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful apartment. Not the tourist trap which suited us and was a quiet spot to use as a base to beaches and towns. Great Tapas bar on your doorstep, with locals and families in the majority. Supermarket had one of the best selections we have found outside of the usual hypermarkets. Great holiday.

“absolute perfection!!” We have stayed in many holiday rentals in many countries over the years and this apartment is easily the best ! Eileen has thought of every comfort and detail to ensure a good time for her guests.To wake up to that sea view each morning was such a good feeling! The only negative was Palm Mar , maybe because it was February, but we expected it to be quiet and it was really very quiet!. Some of the restaurants were closed maybe they had taken a holiday!

“Amazing apartment, home from home but with sea and sun!” I have stayed in many privately owned properties, both in the UK and abroad but this is by far the best of all! The apartment is so comfortable we rarely left, choosing to sunbathe on the large terrace listening to the sea. We did venture up to the pool, unfortunately the day after a storm so were nearly blown away :-) We loved it so much we are looking to book again this year. Thanks to Elaine and Clive for renting out this beautiful apartment,

“Awesome !” Fantastic apartment, plenty of peace and quite, more importantly spotless condition. Lovely comfortable beds and great quality furniture. The rooftop pool was also superb. Will be going back.

“must visit this fantastic appartment” Lots of surprises here ,Fantastic Appartment, you only need to buy food as everything else is supplied, 10-20 mins from great towns and great restrants,we must mention Eileen the owner, she is very informative on where to go and what to do and where to eat out, spot on with all recomedations, had our deposit refunded no problems. oh must mention the bed what a size and comfortable or what.My Wife Myself and Children had a wonderfull fun packed holiday here and would recomend to family and friends.Thank you Eileen for a wonderfull Holiday the children loved the video libary.

“Amazing” Probably the best holiday I have ever had, This apartment had everything you could wish for a real home from home. We stayed here for 10 days last June and are returning again this year. I think that says it all. Luxurious and well equipped with quality fittings throughout. The roof top solarium and pool were really quiet we practically had it to ourselves. Eileen has paid attention to detail with a catalogue of CD's and DVD's to enjoy, together with books to read whilst relaxing on your holiday. Palm Mar itself is charming place to stay pretty and tranquil, but only a short 5 minute drive to Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas if you want to dip in to a more lively place to shop or sample dining and nightlife. We found Palm Mar to have enough restaurants of quality to satisfy our needs all within walking distance of the apartment. Thank You for sharing the experience with us Eileen. xxx

“Well worth a visit.” We have just returned from Playa De Los Menceyes after a weeks break. The apartment was absolutely fantastic and was presented as advertised. The apartment has everything you should need for your holiday in the sun. Eileen has thought of everything from the well equipped kitchen to the hundreds of cd's and dvd's. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. The private pool area on the roof is a great facility. The only downside to the apartment , if you can call it that is the lack of air conditioning.The area of Palm Mar itself is fairly quiet but there are several bars, resturants and a small supermarket within an easy 5 min walk . If you are here for a relaxing time and want to avoid the late bars and loud music then this is the place for you. There is a bus service to all areas of the island, but we found the car was the way to go. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only a 5 - 10 minute drive away. A thouroughly enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Thank you
