Home description
This is a very large two bedroom apartment measuring 132sq metres and is suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children. We have furnished our apartment with most of the luxuries of home with particular attention to comfort. The master bedroom has a Super king size bed (6ft Wide) and the second bedroom has twin beds which can be locked together to make a king size double bed with the relevant linen. In the lounge there are two large 3 seater quality leather sofas.
Other luxury qualities: Rooftop pool with fantastic views, Private underground parking space, Lift to all floors, Luxury En-Suite bathrooms. A fully equipped Kitchen with, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Granite worktops, washing machine, iron, ironing board. For your entertainment a 32inch flat screen TV with English channels, Quality Music System with integrated DVD player. Marble floors throughout. Smoking on the Terrace only please. There are five Golf Courses within 20min. Please note that we also have a one bedroom apartment of the same high standard in the same resort.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is often called a paradise island and for good reason! The island experiences sunshine all around the year. Palm Mar is central to the South of Tenerife which makes almost every attraction and cultural sight within easy driving distance. There are too many attractions to mention but some of the most popular are a visit to the highest peak in Europe, Mount Teide which is over 12,000 ft high and commands spectacular views.
Loro Park and Jungle Park are great family excursions A drive through Masca mountains, a visit to Los Gigantes with 1800ft high cliffs, (the second largest in the world!), then sail out to see the Dolphins and Whales. In March the magnificet Siam Park opens which will be the largest water park in Europe.
There is so much to see and do and yet you could drive around the whole island in just two hours.
Palm Mar area
Palm Mar is located between a nature reserve and the Guaza mountain being tranquil and serene. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 5-7 miles away respectively. This quiet area has very little traffic, has a number of restaurants, bars and 3 mini markets all within a few hundred yards.
For the energetic the location is Ideal for hikers, horse trek riding, surfing, fishing, sailing, swimming, diving, but is also perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday and to enjoy the beauty of the Canarian coastline. Golfers can take advantage of the beautiful, quaint 9 hole Los Palos which is just 2 miles away, complete with driving range, putting green and a lovely cafeteria/bar at the entrance. There are another four golf courses within 20 mins.
For those who may want the busy night life then Los Cristanos and Las Americas is less than a 15 minute drive.

Further details outdoors: The private underground garage has a remote control fob to operate the garage roller door. The rooftop pool is a very quiet area and almost private most of the time. There are a number of restaurants and three minimarkets within easy walking distance as well as a doctors surgery within 150 metres.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking and payment in full is due six weeks before arrival. The deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the keys.
