The SPACIOUS, LIGHT and AIRY one bedroom penthouse has FANTASTIC VIEWS OVERLOOKING THE SWIMMING POOL, GARDEN, THE SEA, THE MOUNTAINS and NATURAL RESERVE. It is 570 sq ft interior + 75 sq ft of balcony on the same floor and 645 sq ft of private roof terrace. It is facing south and IS SUNNY ALL DAY!!!. Furnished and the open plan kitchen is fully fitted.

The penthouse has installed the classic SATELLITE TV with the traditional English, French, German, etc ... channels, but also the apartment has installed another system WITH ENGLISH CHANNELS (BBC1,BBC2, ITV, CHANNEL4, CHANNEL5) which is a real treat and make the penthouse a home from home !!!. The penthouse also is equipped with dvd/cd player, films/cds, board games, books, air-fan, sun loungers, garden table and chairs, reinforced main door, video intercom, double glaze windows and marble floors.

Lift and disable access. Free and easy parking on the street outside the complex. Bars & restaurants (Spanish, English, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Japanese), bank, internet, hairdresser, supermarket and convenience stores are just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Within 3 minutes walk from the apartment you will reach Palm Mar beach. The promenade will lead you to the magnificent nature reserve which is popular for trekking and strolls. There you would be able to discover a volcanic and colourful landscape by the sea. Also enjoy the breathtaking views of Los Cristianos and mount Teide.

The Tenerife region

Palm Mar is situated on the tip of the island and because of it being enclosed between the mountain and the reserve; it enjoys a real micro-climate, has hardly ever any wind, and benefits from a tranquil and wonderful bay. The natural reserve Malpaís de la Rasca has a surface of 315 ha and enjoys a special protection as it is the habitat of several indigenous Canarian flora and fauna.
