About the home

The SPACIOUS, LIGHT and AIRY one bedroom penthouse has FANTASTIC VIEWS OVERLOOKING THE SWIMMING POOL, GARDEN, THE SEA, THE MOUNTAINS and the NATURAL RESERVE. The interior floor area is 570 sq ft + 75 sq ft of balcony on the same floor ideal for al fresco dining. On the second level you can sunbathe and chill out unther the sun on the 645 sq ft of solarium/roof terrace. The property is facing south and IS SUNNY ALL DAY!!!. romantic and beautiful sun sets guaranted!!! The apartment comes furnished and the open plan kitchen is fully fitted.

The penthouse has installed the classic SATELLITE TV with the traditional English, French, German, etc ... channels, but also it has installed an extra system WITH ENGLISH CHANNELS (BBC1,BBC2, ITV, CHANNEL4, CHANNEL5) which is a real treat and make the property a home from home !!!. The penthouse also is equipped with coffee maker, dvd/cd player, films/cds, board games, books, mobile air-fan, sun loungers, garden table and chairs, reinforced main door, video intercom, double glaze windows and marble floors.

The complex has lifts and disable access. Free and easy parking on the street outside the complex. Easy access to all amenities, including the bus stop, a selection of bars & restaurants (Spanish, English, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Japanese) for eating out, a bank and cash machines, internet, Scuba Diving school, car + motor bike/scooters + bicycles hire, hairdresser, supermarket and convenience stores are just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Within 3 minutes walk from the apartment you will reach Palm Mar rural and protected beach. The promenade will lead you also to the magnificent protected natural reserve which is popular for trekking and strolls. The protected natural reserves surrounding of Palm Mar appear on the official trekking guide of the island. There you would be able to discover a volcanic and colourful landscape by the sea. Also enjoy the breathtaking views of Los Cristianos and mount Teide.

The larger resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas as weel as the neighbour fishing town of Las Galletas are yet only 10 to 15 minutes drive, as well as water parks, shopping centres, excursions, golf courses, etc......

The Tenerife region

Palm Mar is situated on the tip of the island and because of it being enclosed between the mountain and the reserve; it enjoys a real micro-climate, has hardly ever any wind, and benefits from a tranquil and wonderful bay. The natural reserve Malpaís de la Rasca has a surface of 315 ha and enjoys a special protection as it is the habitat of several indigenous Canarian flora and fauna.

El Palm Mar is a privilege housing development area located on the south west coast of Tenerife between two Nature Reserves and the sea, near Los Cristianos. Being 100% residential, the projects for Palm-Mar do not allow for Hotels, loud nightlife or excessive traffic, just peaceful and calm beauty for people to sit back and enjoy. This is an excellent location for those one who wants to stay close to everything but in an elegant, friendly and exclusive area.

The bus stop is approx. 50 metres walk from the apartment.
