Palm-Mar is generally considered as the newest urbanisation in the South of Tenerife. At only 10 mins from the International Airport of Reina Sofia and situated next to Los Cristianos, this Bay offers you a tranquil and green oasis.

Thanks to the separate entry road, the residential character of the area can be guaranteed.

Do not fear mass-tourism: Palm-Mar is located between a Mountain "La Montaña de Guaza" on one side and a natural protected area "Malpaís de la Rasca" on the other, so the typical character of this area is assured. However, for a noisier night life Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a 5-10 minute drive away.

Island excursions can be arranged at the local supermarket, door to door pick up and drop off to various locations and attractions.

Palm-Mar is also an ideal spot for golfers with 5 golf courses in the region and the apartments are only 2 minutes from the sea viewable from the balcony.

This is a new urbanisation with a good selection of shops bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is probably one of the last European paradise isles. "Fascinating" is the word for this island. It offers lush forests, exotic fauna and flora, deserts, mountains, volcanos, sometimes snow, incredibly beautiful coastlines and spectacular beaches.

Tenerife enjoys the warmth of the African sun but still retains its unmistakable Spanish atmosphere – relaxed and unhurried by day, the pace hots up as the sun goes down. Its one island that can offer two very different breaks. Go south for hot sunshine and north to Los Gigantes for dramatic scenery and sophistication.

With sun-baked sandy beaches and exuberant bars and nightclubs, the south coast of Tenerife feels a million miles away from the lush banana plantations and cosmopolitan towns of the north of the island. In fact, Tenerife is only 90 kilometres from north to south, but majestic Mount Teide cuts the island into two very distinct zones, imbuing Tenerife with two very different characters. Step away from the holiday resorts and Tenerife’s Spanish heritage reveals itself in sleepy whitewashed plazas and tiny Spanish tapas bars, in fun-loving fiestas and elegant colonial buildings.

Tenerife offers you more than you will expect from your holiday. You could visit one of the 106 vineyards on the island, where wine production has been established here for centuries. Why not take a trip to the sandy beach, Las Teresitas, five miles north of Santa Cruz. Here you will find half a mile of golden sand imported from the Sahara, lined with palm trees, kiosks and typical snacks and tapas. If you want to explore, discover the Pyramids of Guimar, constructed according to similar principles as those discovered in Mexico and Peru. To experience a taste of culture, try a visit to the Symphony Orchestra staged at the Tenerife Auditorium in Santa Cruz.

Courtyard also leads to spacious kitchen / lounge area with large front balcony comprising additional table, comfortable chairs and parasol.
Stairway from lounge leading to large sunny roof terrace with 4 sun loungers which catches the sun all day and is only 2 metres from the communal pool.
The apartment has Sky TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, news channels etc).
There is a playstation with a selection of games.
There is also a large selection of DVD's.

This is a secure complex with access through gate using key provided.
There is also intercom with gate release from the apartment.
A great selection of bars / restaurants, supermarkets and a mini-bank within 2 mins walk.
There are numerous bars and restaurants within 10 mins drive.
A Taxi into Los Christianos or Las Americas will cost around 10-15 euros.
