Home description
This very large apartment has two very spacious bedrooms, one double with its own private terrace and en-suite bathroom, the other with twin beds and a bathroom next door.
The lounge has a corner sofa bed to sleep two. The whole apartment is light and sunny. The lounge and main bedroom lead onto another terrace through sliding patio doors which open up the whole apartment.
This terrace has a glass patio table and four chairs. The spiral stairs then lead to a very large roof terrace with sun loungers giving sea views and spectacular sunsets.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the seven Canary islands. Located just off the coast of Africa, Tenerife is lush and green in the north and very warm in the south with beautiful beaches on its spectacular coastline.
Mount Teidi rises up in the middle of the island separating north and south. Places to visit are the Parrot Park and the fabulous new Siam Park.
Within a few miles along the south coast of Tenerife you can enjoy the real Spanish lifestyle of tapas bars and fiestas and also some of Europe's busiest pubs and nightclubs.
Palm Mar area
Palm Mar is a new residential resort with chic new apartments separated by hundreds of palm trees along quiet modern streets with restaurants and bars on every corner.
The area nestles between two mountains "La Montana de Guaza" and the "Malpais de la Rasca" with its very own micro climate. It's very relaxing and quiet but only 5-10 from Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
There are five golf courses only a short drive away also fishing and scuba diving.

Further details indoors: The apartment is south facing so the patios are pleasantly warm all year round. The full glass patio doors and luxury marble floors means the apartment feels very spacious and relaxing.
There are two swimming pools; one adult and one children's. Surrounding the pools there are ample free sunbeds.
Further details outdoors: The complex is very secure with telephone and buzzer entry to each apartment. The complex has a quiet feel with palms and plants lit up with soft lighting at night.
A great selection of bars/restaurants, supermarkets and a mini-bank only 2 mins walk away.
A taxi into Los Cristianos or Las Americas will cost around 10-15 euros. Island excursions can be arranged at the local supermarket, door to door pick up to various island locations and attractions.
