Coastal view is situated directly on the beach and within 10 minutes drive from Dubai's best hotels, shopping malls and tleisure facilities such as Ski Dubai. Families with diverse interests are spoilt for choice.
Within 10 minutes drive from the apartment you can charter a luxury yacht, snowboard, horse ride, shop, relax at one of the luxury spas, take the kids to the water park or just chill out in one of many trendy bars and clubs around.
Catering is well organised in Dubai and you can order meals from any number of restaurants and have them delivered to the door ready to eat. On the beach, there are five restaurants, a spa, nail bar, coffee bars, grocers.

Further details indoors: Secure underground parking is available for guests for one car and from September 2007 the health and leisure facilities will be open to guests and residents. The apartment features top of the range kitchen appliances and Electronic appliances with wireless internet access available for free. A cleaner will attend to the property once a week and more often if desired. Laundry, dry cleaning, catering services and chauffeur services are available upon request. The property is management by a professional management company, ensuring the property is in prime condition for all its guests.
Further details outdoors: Three large shared pools are available for guests and can be reached within 3 minutes walk of each other along the promenade. Lifeguards watch over the pools and sea area which has a dedicated swimming area.
Showers are provided along the promenade and grass areas for picnics run along the beach close to the apartments and children's play areas.
Three themed restaurants are located along the promenade,along with a number of Costa Coffee outlets and conveniences stores, a spa, nail bar and pharmacy.

As we live in this apartment a good part of the year we care about its condition. For that reason we give preference to guests without children or with children over the age of 12. We will make some exceptions which may be subject to a security deposit.
Conditions
No smoking or pets are allowed inside the apartment If applicable a refundable breakages/security deposit will be taken prior to arrival and will be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection by property management officer). We will endeavour to refund within 48 hrs. The breakage/security deposit is GBP250-GBP500. Initial booking fee of 50% of total rental sum is required upon booking and the remainder paid six weeks prior to arrival. All fees are non refundable.

Balance of the rent is payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the Agent reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
The Client is strongly advised to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc. since this is not covered by the owners insurance.
The rental period will commence at 1600 hrs on the first day and end at 1000 hrs on the last day. We will not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the Client will not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.
Prior to arrival if possible you can negotiate additional hours in the room (i.e. late flight etc) only if the apartment is available and it has to be arranged PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number of persons agreed when confirming the booking.
The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and its contents and to leave it in a clean and tidy consideration at the end of the rental period.
