We rent holiday apartments in villa with all the comfort in Balestrate - Palermo - SICILY - It takes about 20 minutes from the airport of Palermo and Trapani, ideal position for cultural and artistic excursions. Shiny sun and the clearest sea wait for you. We are a family-run business and pride ourselves in taking personal care of our customers. We are happy to lend assistance at any time. Our flats are situated in the Gulf of Castellammare, one of the most beautiful plaeces in Sicily, connected very good to the rest of Sicily thanks to the freeway A29 Palermo - Trapani, to the railway station of Balestate and to the Palermo and Trapani harbours and airports Then our holiday apartments in Balestrate are just the right place for you! Come whenever you want. Sicily is always in season The local buses and train regularly work between the airport and the city. There are always taxi local available - but it is prudent as they can try to make the tourists to pay too much. We organize the trsferts of our guests from the Airports in Palermo and Trapani upon demande.

The Sicily region

Palermo / Balestrate area
Balestrate is a former fishing village with approximately 7.000 inhabitants and is situated only 35km west of Palermo in the Gulf of Castellammare. Magnificent, kilometre-long beaches stretch west and east along the coast from the village. Behind the beach to the west of the village, there is a wood with Eucalyptus and Tamarisk. Balestrate offers everything you might need. Restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheque, supermarkets, bank machine, internet cafe. Monday is market day. In Balestrate you will find everything you need for scuba diving, angling and for motor boot sport. It also has a yacht marina. To 15 minutes from the airport of Palermo, optimal position for cultural excursions artistic.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Cost per allocation with 2 persons.* Plus 10 Euros per night each additional guest. Attention; in the airports there are always taxi local available - but it is prudent as they can try to make the tourists to pay too much. We organize upon demand the transfer from Palermo & Trapani airports to my flats in Balestrate.
Towels and linen are included, Towels and linen are changed every Saturday free. Charges ( water, electricity, gas) already included in the rent. Heating Extra charge - Ending cleaning € 50 Extra charge.
Guarantee deposit requested Euro 100: Used by the landlord as a guarantee against any damage caused by the tenant. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental period.
Booking down payment 30 %, the rest of payment when you arrive in Sicily. Vacation rental : arrival at any day. Short stays allowed starting 3 days. August only weeks, from saturday to saturday .
