Beautiful apartment in villa in the pretty Mediterranean style located near Balestrate, a small seaside town on the northern coast of Sicily, exactly 40 Km on the western side of Palermo and 40 Km on the oriental side of Trapani. The villa is located in the gulf of Castellammare one of the most beautiful places in Sicily.
This holiday accommodation " Villa Sara 1" is an independent apartment of 100 sq metres been furnished with functional furniture of good taste, at the ground floor and consists of: living/kitchen room with double sofa bed of 30 sq mettres, Master bedroom, bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and benefiting from a large private terrace with plants and flowes, of their own equipped for open-air dinners (furniture, barbecue). The villa has access to the sandy beach by walking along just 150 metres path -2 mins walk.
Centrally located with shopping, sights and restaurants just around the corner.
The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with ornamental plants and Private parking lot, The villa has got all outside openings. It is very luminous and airy.
This accommodation is ideal for a family or group of friends who love the sea and will enjoy relaxing.
The structure provides with Sheets and Towel, Air condition warm and cold, Fans, Internet Wi Fi , TV Satellite, Hi Fi, DVD, Safe, Iron, Ironing board, Washing machines at the disposal of all tenants, etc.
Our flat is situated in the Gulf of Castellammare, one of the most beautiful places in Sicily.
The POSITION of the villa is a valid START POINT to visit the most important touristic sites in DAILY EXCURSIONS as it is situated at only one km far from the Junction of motorways - ( A/29 Palermo - Trapani- Agrigento). This is a very nice flat, quiet, ideal to visit the Sicily island.

The dwelling in our centre does not mean alone to make use of the sea or of the coast or the rich one it is green campaign, since it offers also the possibility to catch up in less than an hour than machine places that are goal of international tourism Palermo and Monreale and Cefalu for the immense artistic patrimony, Bottoming drills for its characteristic ones goes up of it and flour mills to wind, Agrigento for its splendid one goes them of the templi, Segesta for its Greek theatre and tempio, Erice beautifulst city medioevale constructed on the rocca, Selinunte with its greater archaeological park of Europe, Scopello, it reservoir of Zingaro etc.

July and August we prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
The Air condition is warm and cold if in winter you prefers the central heating there is an Supplement (Extra charge).

In order to reserve, Deposit 30% of the rent and then pay the rest at your arrival date.
The Sicily region
Climate - April average temperatures 17°-21°C some rain occasionally. May 21°-28°C and sunny. June 28°-31°C sunny July and August 33°/34°C +
Topography -Inland are Valleys with low hills, largely cultivated with vines and olive trees producing Sicily's liquid gold, the coastline with its fishing towns, and golden sandy beaches and a relaxed atmosphere. 35min from Trapani city offering , Boat trips to smaller Islands, Trekking and archaeological sites. On the west side Palermo, Monreale etc. to be discovered.
Sicily is full of tourists attractions and archaeological sites too many to list, including mount Etna,Europe largest and active Volcano. The cleaned up sea, the sun all the year, the architectonic beauties, the good food, the people friendly, the still alive traditions, you make of all this the frame of your next vacations.

Balestrate is a former fishing village with approximately 7.000 inhabitants and is situated only 35km west of Palermo in the Gulf of Castellammare. Magnificent, kilometre-long beaches stretch west and east along the coast from the village. Behind the beach to the west of the village, there is a wood with Eucalyptus and Tamarisk.
Balestrate offers everything you might need. Restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheque, supermarkets, bank machine, internet cafe. Monday is market day. In Balestrate you will find everything you need for scuba diving, angling and for motor boot sport. It also has a yacht marina.

The position of this House is a valid start point to visit the most important tourist sites in daily exertions .
Our flats are situated in the Gulf of Castellammare, one of the most beautiful places in Sicily, connected very good to the rest of Sicily thanks to the freeway A29 Palermo - Trapani, to the railway station of Balestate and to the Palermo and Trapani Ports and Airports.
It takes about 20 minutes from the airports of Palermo and Trapani, Ideal position for cultural and artistic excursions.
We organize (Extra charges) upon demand the pick up from Palermo and Trapani airports to ours flats in Balestrate village.

Thank you so much for looking after me and my family last week. The apartments were perfect, with all the equipment and facilities we needed for a large family, which meant catering and bathing were relatively easy operations.
The local beach was by far the best in the area and we had many happy hours enjoyment with the children.

Observations "nous sommes trés heureux d'avoir séjournés dans la villa Sara;tout était au rendez-vous,endroit idéal car près de la mer(à 200 m),près du centre de balestrate(à 500m);très belle maison bien équipée et spatieuse,avec piscine.point idéal pour visites culturelles(Montréale,Segesta,Erice ect...).mais le plus important,un accueuil très sympatique et familiale des propriétaires: GASPARE et SARA. Et merci encore pour la schiacciata que nous avons trés bien appréciés"
