This elegant Apartment is located in a distinguished and totally refurbished building (with elevator) of the end of the 19° century, situated in the Centre of Palermo, less than 5 minutes walking from Politeama Theatre square (also Called Castelnuovo square), the main square of the city.

The location is perfect as a base for visiting the best shops of the centre, cafes, bars, Arabic-Norman churches and every architectural and historical treasure of Palermo, all of which are very close by. A short walk will take you to the Massimo theatre and the Archaeological Museum. Politeama Theatre square is also well connected by public transportation to the famous Mondello beach (10 – 15 minutes bus ride) and the airport Falcone e Borsellino (40 minutes away).

From the Theatre starts the double-decker tour bus that takes you on a scheduled panoramic tour of Palermo with an English-speaking guide.

We are also very close to an old and traditional market called “Borgo Vecchio”, in which you can find all kinds of typical Sicilian products, and also fresh fish, just caught the night before!

From the Airport we are provided with an excellent coach service. It starts every 30 minutes from the Airport, and get out at the Port bus stop (it is at the back of Politeama Theatre, and just 100 meters from the apartment!

From the Port it's just an easy walk: the name "Palermo" comes from the Greek, and it means "All Port". Hence, in Palermo the Port is right in the centre of the city!!

From the Central Station, take the bus n. 101 and get out at Sturzo Square (exactly at the back of Politeama Theatre). From Sturzo Square starts Corso Domenico Scinà.
