Entrance to the villa is through a living-sitting room with large panoramic windows from where the spectacular sea view can be enjoyed. A small corridor leads to the very colourful and well equipped kitchen . The corridor also leads to the three bedrooms: one double room, one with twin beds and one single bedroom. There is one bathroom with shower. The property is surrounded by a large veranda that offers total privacy when using the outdoor facilities. There is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The pool area has a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and there is an outdoor shower .

The Sicily region
Sicily (Sicilia) is the largest Mediterranean island, and is situated at the foot of Italy near the Northern coast of Africa. Sicily is separated from the Italian peninsula by the strait of Messina. It is a volcanic island with Mount Etna, Europe's highest and most active volcano near Catania in the north east of the island. There are hundreds of beautiful beaches where sea of all different shades of blue glisten onto shores of white and volcanic black sands. It has important mountain ranges: Peloritani, Nebrodi, Madonie, Iblei. The plains are scanty, with the exception of the area around Catania. The coasts offer a landscape of fascinating beauty almost everywhere; groups of marvellous smaller islands are scattered round the coast (the Eolie or Lipari, Ustica, the Egadi, the island of Pantelleria and the Pelagie). Mount Etna, rising in the centre of a volcanic area of Sicily, is the highest active volcano in Europe (3,323 meters). The islands of Stromboli and Vulcano are also active volcanoes. Cities: Palermo , Messina, Catania, Agrigento, Syracuse, Trapani, Ragusa, Enna, Caltanissetta.
Palermo / Terrasini area
Terrasini is located between Palermo (24km) and Trapani (70km). It is a small town with about 10,000 inhabitants.There is a lovely sandy beach and restaurants. It is a good base for conveniently visiting the Sicilian capital of Palermo, and also the province of Trapani. The Greek temple and amphitheatre of Segesta are about 30 mins drive.

Conditions
A security deposit of 300 Euros should be paid upon arrival and is returned at the end of the stay after inspecting the accommodation for any accidental damages.
A late arrival fee of EUR 20 is applied for arrivals after 8 pm on Saturday or on Sunday.
30% of rental fee is due immediately on booking and the remaining 70% due not less than 30 days before arrival.
