The house is surrounded by a garden with young olive trees. The property is closed by a gate. The house is working by solar energy. The aircondition and heating is very silent and in all rooms. The house is prepared for summer and winter! The nearest beach is only 500m away and shops and restaurants only about 1000m. You don't need a car. You can visit many places by bus or train.
