Villa Walter is located by the sea. It is about 150 metres from the beach, surrounded by a lot of trees. It is a very quiet place where you can be in touch with nature. It is on the side of a pine-wood where you can listen to the warbling of birds in the morning. Villa Walter is located on one floor. It is well-furnished. There is a front door, a living-room, three big bedrooms, one small bedroom, two bathrooms and a large kitchen. The house has got all outside openings. It is very luminous and airy. The garden is furnished with small beds, deck chairs, gazebo, stone outside kitchen, barbecue and a lot of plants and palms. There is also a very spacious veranda which is suitable for big families .

Balestrate is a former fishing village with approximately 7.000 inhabitants and is situated only 40 km west of Palermo in the Gulf of Castellammare. Magnificent, kilometre-long beaches stretch west and east along the coast from the village. Behind the beach to the west of the village, there is a wood with Eucalyptus and Tamarisk. Balestrate offers everything you might need. Restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheque, supermarkets, bank machine, internet cafe. Monday is market day. To 20 minutes from the airport of Palermo, optimal position for cultural excursions artistic.

3: Peter W " Wonderful house, every room with his own style, very well equipped. Very helpful owners live at less than 10 minutes walk. We had lots of space, since we were 5 people, but the house can accommodate 8-10 adult persons easily (13 sleeping places, including the sofas). Beach is at a 2 minutes stroll, in the middle of May the water was splendid for us Northern people.
