This very refined and elegant-country style Cottage is located inside a vintage Villa, in the typical Mondello's liberty style, where the landlord lives, at just two minutes walking distance from the famous white sandy beach. Although the Villa is on the main street with easy access to all amenities and with the bus stop at just one minute on foot, the Cottage is in a exclusive backyard which allows its guests to enjoy peace and tranquillity, surrounded by a garden with ancient trees and scented flowers. The two-floor Cottage has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite, a masonry, Sicilian old style tradition kitchen with dining area and a living room, with a period wood-stove, facing the equipped terrace through a wide glass door. The lovely terrace, equipped with table and chairs and garden furniture, is ideal for romantic dinners, surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation. A wide wooden-decked gazebo, shared with the very discreet owners of the villa, with wooden furniture, is a perfect alternative for dining at al fresco, maybe with a background of a tango song.
The very refined context of the Villa is perfect for holidays in great charm and exclusivity.
