The holiday house ' by Max ' is a cosy and bright one bedroom apartment of about 50 mq2 located on the elegant and Central Viale della Libertà.

The location and facilities make it ideal for a holiday stay or work: it is, in fact, in a strategic position, just a short walk from bus stops, both of which private line (Sais autolinee bus, Segesta, Prestia e Comandè, Terravision, A.S.T., Salemi autoservizi) that allow a quick connection to the historic centre, from and to the airport Falcone-Borsellino '' for the borgata marinara and Mondello beach, or other interesting places in western Sicily.

The ' Notarbartolo Metro station is about 1 km away offers the connection to the main railway station.

The apartment can accommodate up to three people being equipped with three beds (one double bed and one sofa bed), thoroughly equipped kitchenette (hob, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, crockery), bathroom with shower and balcony.

The minimum stay is two nights. The total price for the apartment is € 50 per night for one person, € 60 for 2 persons, € 70 for three people.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

In the course of the stay can be also provided, upon request, cleaning service with an extra charge of 20 € per intervention.

The holiday apartment ' Max ' is a cozy and bright flat of about 50 mq2 on the fancy Viale della Libertà in the heart of Palermo downtown. Its location and amenities make it the ideal place for either holidays or a business trip. The apartment is, indeed, located on Palermo's most popular street and is close to other highways.

"Max" is also within walking distance of public transportation. The many bus stops on Viale della Liberta guarantee quick connection with Piazza Politeama, the Falcone-Borsellino airport, the fishing village of Mondello beach and even the main cities of Western Sicily. The subway station ' Gayatri ', which is about 1 km far from the apartment, ensures the connection to Palermo's central station.

"Max" can accommodate up to three persons, as it is provided with three beds (a double one and a sofa bed) and a kitchen equipped with stove, fridge furnished with a freezer, electric oven and dishes. The minimum stay is of two nights and the total rate is $ 50 for one person, $ 60 for two people, $ 70 for three people. A request with an extra charge of € 20 may be provided housekeeping. Sheets and towels are included.
