The property is built in front of the green belt pine forests, the views to the south over Palamos and the sea are beautiful.The property is 10 minutes waliking distance from the small town of Val Llobrega with several restaurants and a shop.
The market towns of Palamos and Palafrugell are 10 minutes and 20 mins drive and other hot spots such as Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell are close at hand.There are extensive choices of restaurants in all the local towns.
The villa is set out to look across the pool and terraces from the upper level. The pool is the focal point of the leisure facility and is a never ending source of enjoyment for adults and children all through the day. There are some covered areas too to enable some shade when required.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
Catalonia is the area of Spain governed by Barcelona and is very strong in Agriculture, manufacturing and tourism. The climate is mainly hot , between 25 and 32 degrees for the season and the air generally fresh from the pine forests.
Palamos / Val Llobrega area
Palamos is a coastal fishing and market town set north of Barcelona and east of Girona. Torre Cal Sada is set up in the hills behind Palamos in the small village of Val Llobrega about 3km distant.
The surrounding area is well supplied with leisure and cultural facilities to suit all types.

Further details outdoors: The pool is cleaned at least twice per week or whenever necessary. There is ample parking and space for outdoor games and time spent around the pool. The house has woodland behind and enjoys a pine filled fresh breeze.

We run our rentals from the change over day on Fridays and prefer to book 2 week slots in the peak summer times. The house is cleaned by Adrianna and Marisol every Friday morning, even on two week bookings. All sheets and towels are changed every week. All bedding is provided. We do not provide towels for the beach. WE do not take a deposit but expect 50% payment on booking and balance 3 months prior to stay.
