About the home

This 4 bed large family home home was a new build in 2008. Built to high specification, emphasis is on a clean modern finish. Well positioned relative to beaches & amenities, and is reached via a quiet one way section of Cockington Lane.

Approach to Oakley House is via the spacious block paved driveway to open wooden porch. The large hallway entrance leads to study, dining room, lounge, kitchen, cloak cupboard and downstairs toilet. The airy lounge has two sofas, TV, DVD, CD player and free view TV stations. One wall is complemented by a feature fireplace which is an inset gas appliance with "pebbles" as coals. The décor throughout is neutral with down lighters in all the principle rooms and cream wool twist carpet. There are patio doors from the lounde to the level garden.

The kitchen includes dishwasher, electric cooker and grill, gas hob, built in microwave, fridge freezer and ample storage. For informal meals the kitchen table seats four comfortably. Access to the garden can also be via the utility off the kitchen, this area houses the boiler, second sink and washing machine. The spacious dining room is an ideal setting for a family meal seating up to 8. The small study can also be used as a second reception room.

The fusion stair rail leads upstairs to master bedroom which features seasonal sea views and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Second bedroom also has and en-suite shower room WC and basin. The two remaining bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a “P” and power shower, corner toilet etc.

The house was designed as a family home with level lawned garden, is it entirely enclosed via a fence. There is an outside tap and external lighting if required. The patio area runs the length of the house and is ideal for entertaining alfresco a large gas BBQ is provided. The garden has some Japanese style features.

The paved driveway may accommodate a boat or trailer - subject to proir arrangement, the garden and paved patio are ideal for the family. Why not book you stay now!

The house is south facing and enjoys all the sunshine that is available. The Jananese style garden adds interest to the level play area. Large gas BBQ available. Parking available for three cars (boat/trailer etc by arrangement).
