Home description
Sunsea is a modern two bedroomed very comfortable bungalow with all the facilities that a holiday home can offer. We welcome couples, small groups or families with children. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Smokers are allowed to smoke in the garden, guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere inside the bungalow.

Beach lovers are well catered for with 4 long stretches of sandy beach at Preston Sands, Paignton Beach, Goodrington Beach and Broadsands Beach, each offering safe bathing with care and many on-site facilities.
Paignton area
Paignton has much to offer for the younger guest as well as the beaches, as well as the young at heart. The award winning Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Water Park and the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway are all based locally, while Paignton Pier and Youngs Park offer a variety of fun activities.
How to get there
From the North, follow the M5 until you pick up the signs for Torquay. Take the A380 until the Penn Inn Roundabout. Follow the signs to Paignton until you hit a roundabout with ENGLISH RIVIERA on the left hand bank . Take the 2nd Exit (go right) and go staight over the next two roundabouts. At the 3rd roundabout go left onto Marldon Road and follow this until you meet a mini roundabout. Take the 3rd exit (right) into Colley End Road, turn 1st right on Ailescombe Road and then 1st right onto Ailescombe Drive and Sunsea is the 1st Bungalow on the left (No 1)
