The West Country / Devon region

Devon has a mild climate compared to the rest of the uk. Paignton is ideally situated to explore the beaches and the countryside. Places of interest to vist are many such as Totnes a medievil town - the naval town of Darmouth - Salcombe in the South Hams - Start Bay Inn where they catch fresh fish daily

Paignton / Collaton St Mary area

The very pretty village of Stoke Gabriel is 3 km away from Collaton St Mary.
Paignton Zoo is 5 mins along with quay west waterpark.
There are many places to visit as well as Torbay there is the medievil market town of Totnes 8km away. If you like boats why not take the ferry to the naval town of Dartmouth from there you can take one of the many ferries to explore the beautiful coastline which has fabulous sandy beaches, the River Dart and of course sample a Devon cream tea! If you have children Paignton Zoo is 5 mins away from the barn . There are two car parking spaces and a secure entry system to the barn making it very safe for children.
