'Louville Retreat' is located in a small residential area and set within 5 minutes 'toddler' walking distance of Goodrington Sands Blue Flag beach and local shops. Just a 10 minute walk away from Quaywest (outdoor water park), Torbay Leisure Centre with swimming pool and sports facilities and Goodrington Steam Railway Station. The Steam train is a fantastic ride to Dartmouth with panoramic scenery of Torbay and then the River Dart. A nine hole pitch and putt golf course is close by with a driving range or you can lounge in the enclosed private courtyard garden if you prefer to relax in the comfort of your home from home holiday house.
The house is provided with bed linen and gas and electric are inclusive of the booking price. There is a colour TV with Freeview and DVD player, hob and cooker, microwave, fridge, and washing machine together with iron and ironing board. There is off road parking, patio furniture and barbeque, the house is tastefully decorated and clean and comfy.
The perfect location to explore the 3 towns that make up Torbay, being Torquay, Brixham and Paignton not forgetting the Dartmoor National Park which is only a 40 minute drive away.
'Louville Retreat' is a 3 storey town house which has a master bedroom with double 4'6" bed with en-suite shower room, it has a twin bedroom with 3' single beds and a further bedroom which holds bunk beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower and a utility room with a washing machine. There is a kitchen/diner/lounge which is light and open plan opening onto a conservatory which then opens out onto the enclosed private garden - all on one level.

There is Paignton Zoo and Environmental Park which is a 5 minute drive away with free parking.
Living Coasts Coastal Zoo is at Torquay.

Goodrington Sands Beach - 300m walking distance - ideal for families, no parking charges to pay as you can just take the short 5 minute walk with your bucket and spade and you are there! Toilets and cafe at either end of the beach and Inn on the Quay pub/restaurant if you fancy a bite to eat.
