The spacious ground floor holiday home is situated in a secure gated holiday residence which is unique in its early 20th century horseshoe shape design and offers guests with private parking and an outdoor resident swimming pool which is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.

The holiday home offers versatile sleeping arrangements ideal for accommodating families especially with young children. The principle bedroom can sleep up to 4 guests, with a double bed and a twin set of stowaway beds. There is also a single sofa bed which can further accommodate an additional guest if required at an extra charge of £30.

From the holiday home guests can easily reach the shared outdoor swimming pool which serves as the ideal place to play and unwind. The private parking space is easily within reach and is located down the barrier driveway at the back of the residence.

The dining area sits up to 5 and is perfect for hosting relaxed and informal holiday meals during your stay, with the fully equipped kitchenette providing all the desired appliances to prepare delicious home cooked meals with an electric hob, oven and microwave. A pair of French windows from the living area slide out to a pretty private courtyard garden. Here guests can enjoy relaxing during their stay with a good book or enjoy a memorable 'alfresco' lunch or dinner party, with an outdoor dining area to the decked terrace.

The South Devon has a coastline of spectacular rugged cliffs and headlands, interspersed with lower-lying areas, sandy beaches and the five distinctive ria river estuaries of the Dart, Avon, Yealm, Erme and Salcombe.

The coastal scenery also includes reed beds, sand dunes, shingle ridges, mud flats, salt marshes, and the freshwater lake of Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve. This variety provides habitat for a diverse range of wildlife. The South West Coast Path National Trail running along the whole stretch of heritage coast, provides access to spectacular scenery, long views across bays and the English Channel, interesting beaches, and a scattering of coastal villages & historic towns such as Salcombe & Dartmouth.

Paignton Pier offers more nostalgic seaside fun from candyfloss stalls, children’s play area with a bouncy castle, fun fair stools, crazy golf, an amusement arcade and frequent boat trips.

Other nearby attractions to enjoy include the popular Paignton Zoo, Goodrington Sands, Torbay Quad Centre, the exciting Quaywest Water Park and Woodlands Family Theme Park as well as more sedate attractions such as the famous scenic Dart Valley Steam Railway from Paignton to Kingswear (only 5 mins walk away), Occombe Farm & Nature Trail or Babbacombe Model Village.

"Great apartment, great location"

We stayed for week in August with my two children (age 5 and 9).The lovely warm pool was a big was the location so close to everything! (shops, pubs, green, beach, supermarket) Yet stil… More
