Youngs Park Holiday Apartments are situated in the heart of the English Riviera in an enviable location a few minutes walk to Goodrington beach and Quaywest waterpark.

Goodrington Sands hosts a variety of water sports including pedalos, water-skiing, wakeboarding and boat hire.

Adjacent to the beach is Youngs Park with Boating Lake, Go-Karts and Quad Bikes. You will also find , The Sea Shore Centre, and a family pub offering a good selection of food. From here you can walk along the South West Coast Path towards Paignton and Torquay in one direction, and Broadsands and Brixham in the other.

At Goodrington Station you can board the Paignton to Dartmouth steam train for a spectacular journey along the coast.

The large south facing lounge and kitchen overlook the park. The comtemporary kitchen has an integrated cooker, hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, and various other small appliances. A washing machine is provided but there are no outside drying facilities. A small clothes airer can be used for a light was.

The large lounge area has a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, digital television, DVD player, Hi-Fi System, coffee table, various games, books and CDs, and interactive games console. The apartment is carpeted throughout.

The apartment has 2 large en-suite bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a double and single bed with pull out underneath.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Both have a wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a wall-mounted digital flat screen TV, and co-ordinated bedding and curtains.

Bed linen is provided,beds are made for your arrival. Towels can be provided for an extra charge.

The apartment occupies the whole upper floor of the building and access to the apartment is via two flights of stairs, one flight leading to the main front entrance, and a further flight to the upstairs apartment.

Paignton is a lively resort with long sandy beaches and Pier. It has a Multiplex Cinema and Crazy Golf on Paignton Green and in the Summer months there are many Fairs and Festivals.

From Paignton Harbour you can take a boat trip to nearby Torquay, Brixham or Dartmouth.

Torquay has a continental flavour with it’s pavement cafes and palm lined seafront. It has something to offer everyone including harbour side shopping Parades, excellent theatres, and beautiful gardens. It has numerous attractions including Living Coasts and Kents Cavern.

Brixham is a picturesque fishing town, bustling harbour and Breakwater beach. It has a Napoleonic fort at Berry Head with stunning cliff top walks.

"Lovely holiday and great place to stay"

We arrived with a warm welcome from the owner who showed us round the flat and pointed out where the beach and town where, the beach was 2 mins away and the town about a 10 min walk. Lovely park right outside our door and a great view of the steam train going past. The flat was brilliant, very clean, good size and everything you could want in it.We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely would go again.

"Very pleased."

Well situated, very near park and beach that was dog friendly, excellant beach without dogs only a short walk. Steam train station only a short walk as was council car parks that we did not need. Access roads quiet awkward but that seems common in this area. Was able to park both cars nearly all the time close to the property, one reserved parking space to the rear of the property a bit of a walk.
The propery was vey clean and was pleased with everything that was provided, owner very helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to return next time we want a holiday in this area.

"Wonderful welcome"

We had to travel from Scotland to attend a family funeral and we were tired and emotional. Pamela met us at the apartment and had very thoughtfully supplied us with the essentials, ie, tea/sugar/ milk etc as she knew we had a lot to do. Her kindness and thoughtfulness meant such a lot to us. The apartment was lovely and SPOTLESSLY clean. I will definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends.

"great place to stay"

"Housemartins" apartament is a very spacious, bright and clean place to stay. Very well equiped kitchen, good size two bedrooms with ensuite and tv with dvd. Flat is located
5 min walk from the beach, playground for children, and other attraction like water fun. From 31 of March there is steam train running and you can see it from flat windows - great view for whole family. And if you want to have a trip on board - the train station is just 10 min away. Very enjoyable stay!

"Fantastic Accommodation in superb location."

The apartment is very spacious, clean, light and airy, there are 2 en-suites in 2 spacious bedrooms. The main living area is also large with nice views over the park. It is well suited to a family like ours with younger children.
The apartment is located on Youngs park, a stones throw away from the beach and 10 - 15 minutes walk from the town centre. There is a family pub and the steam railway station 5 minutes walk away. It is a perfect location for a holiday in Paignton.
The owners are very friendly and the booking process was very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

"nice flat in great location"

the following points could be inproved taking the rubbish down the street to the back of the house was a pain , and we could have done with a clothes drier
