Located in a beautiful rustic coombe on the edge of the South Hams area of South Devon (designated 'an area of outstanding natural beauty'), Orchard View is surrounded by 30 acres of mature cider orchards with a stream running right past the secluded patio.
Guests enjoy unlimited free use of a neighbouring leisure complex - equipped with indoor swimming pool, learner pool, modern gym, sauna and steam room. Plus reduced fees for daily/weekly fishing on a nearby farm's 6 coarse fishing lakes.
Beautifully furnished with bespoke beds, comfortable sofas, soothing wall hangings and matching furntiure throughout. Carpeted upstairs, oak panel flooring downstairs with under-floor heating througthout the lounge/diner, shaker style kitchen and entrance hall.

Conditions
Regretfully we do not allow pets and smoking is only permitted outside the cottage on the patio area. The patio does have a large overhang thus providing shelter in wet weather. An ashtray is supplied.
All bookings require a £50 refundable security deposit.
The property is suitable for all ages, except for the infirm.
