This modern town house has 2 bedrooms and is arranged over 3 floors. It enjoys lovely side-sea views from the balcony over the park and sea, and benefits from an allocated parking space.
A travel cot and highchair are included in the property.
Goodrington Sands, a short walk away, and offers a wide variety of water sports, boat hire, beach huts and sunloungers.
Adjacent to the beach is Youngs Park with Boating Lake, Go-Karts and Quad Bikes. You will also find Quaywest waterpark, The Sea Shore Centre, and a family pub offering a good selection of food.
Paignton is a lively resort with long sandy beaches and Pier and is only a 15 minute walk away.
Other places to visit include Torquay, Dartmouth, Brixham, and Plymouth, all within easy reach.
Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, Kents Cavern, and Woodlands are all well worth a visit.

There is a large, fully fitted kitchen/dining area on the ground floor with the added advantage of a cloakroom.
Features a dishwasher, washer dryer, 4 gas hobs with hood over, an electric oven with grill, fridgefreezer and microwave. A kettle, toaster, and cafetiere plus plenty of pans, crockery and cutlery.
The dining area contains a table with 6 chairs, T.V with Freeview.
A door gives access to the rear of the property.
On the first floor is the lounge with French doors leading onto the balcony, enjoying side-sea views of the beach. There is a sprung double bed-settee to sleep 2 guests if required. The family bathroom with bath and shower is also on this floor.
Furniture includes a brown leather L-shaped chaise sofa incorporating a double sprung settee. There is also a poang chair, plus two additional fold-away chairs.
Entertainment is provided by a 32 inch Samsung flat screenTV with Freeview and DVD/video.
A selection of videos, dvd's and board games are available for use.
The family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over and screen, w.c., basin with mirror over, light and shaver point.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Furnished with a double bed, single side wardrobes with overhead storage, matching 5-drawer chest with mirror.
En-suite to Master Bedroom - Shower room with shower cubicle, w.c. and basin with mirror, light and shaver point.
Located at the rear on the 2nd floor, it has one single bed plus midsleeper bunk. Double wardrobe.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen can be provided for an extra charge. Guests are required to provide their own towels and tea towels.

3 minutes from the beach.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. The balance will become due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment will be required in full.
A refundable £100 security deposit is required and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure.
Check in time is at 3pm and departure time is at 10am.

Devon’s variety of self catering cottages, apartments and holiday accommodation offers a great place for your holiday or last minute get away.
Goodrington Sands in Paignton hosts a variety of water sports including pedalos, water-skiing, wakeboarding and boat hire.

From here you can walk along the South West Coast Path towards Paignton and Torquay in one direction, and Broadsands and Brixham in the other.
At Goodrington Station you can board the Paignton to Dartmouth steam train for a spectacular journey along the coast.
Paignton is a lively resort with long sandy beaches and Pier. It has a Multiplex Cinema and Crazy Golf on Paignton Green and in the Summer months there are many Fairs and Festivals.
From Paignton Harbour you can take a boat trip to nearby Torquay, Brixham or Dartmouth.
Torquay has a continental flavour with it’s pavement cafes and palm lined seafront. It has something to offer everyone including harbour side shopping Parades, excellent theatres, and beautiful gardens. It has numerous attractions including Living Coasts and Kents Cavern.
Brixham is a picturesque fishing town, bustling harbour and Breakwater beach. It has a Napoleonic fort at Berry Head with stunning cliff top walks.

"Excellent property in a great location"
We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was like a home from home. The location of the property is excellent. Walking distance to the beautiful Goodrington Sands and Paignton Harbour & seafront. We only used the car for trips to the supermarket, Torquay and Babbacombe.
This was our second time to Goodrington and it won't be our last!!!

"Would definitely recommend"
Fab locations, 2 beaches within walking distance and Paignton harbour.. We took our 2.5 year old she loved it, the beach and The geo park was the best park ever... The house was fab a real home from home with lots of storage and space... Very clean looked fresh and new .. The owner couldn't have been more helpful .. Have already recommended house to family

the weather was not brilliant so it was so good that we had such a lovely place to be able to stay and watch TV and chill out in. like other reviews that have said the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need they were all true. I have food allergy's we have to eat in and this is the first holiday let that I found I didn't need to take my own pans etc etc. we had a slight problem with a bathroom door on the 2nd day and it was remedied the same day that we reported it, brilliant service. My deposit was paid back promptly. I can not fault Jill (owner) she is very helpful and we are going to save up to book two of her lets so that we can go with my son and grandchildren in 2015. this letting is exactly what it says on the tin lovely views and lovely accommodation ps. I wanted to bring home the double bed as it was so comfortable.

"A very enjoyable break"
Lovely apartment, modern, clean and bright with everything you need and more, in a peaceful location with pleasant views. Paignton promenade and the town is just a short walk away. The bus stop is within easy reach of the apartment and there are frequent services to all the local tourist locations such as Brixham, Torquay etc.
