1 Vista Apartment sleeps 8 and offers a four star accommodation with direct access onto the family-friendly Goodrington Sands. Vista Apartment has views over the park, beach and across the bay to Brixham. It has it's own private indoor swimming pool, hot tub and large patio area. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.

Local amenities such as Quaywest Water Park and Young's Park in Goodrington are on your doorstep, While Paignton town centre with it's attractions, restaurants and bars is just a 15 minute walk away and the famous Paignton Zoo is a 10 minute car drive away, next to morrisons supermarket. There is a bus stop a few yards from the top of the complex and a train station in Paignton town centre.

You enter the apartment through a very well equipped large kitchen, leading from the kitchen on to the lounge/diner, the lounge has a large 52 inch wall mounted plasma television with the full sky package.
leading off from the lounge you go up a shorter than normal flight of stairs on to a landing going off in two directions to the games room, bedrooms and bathroom. 1 double with en-suite, 1 twin bedded room, 1 family room which consist of 1 double bed and 2 single beds, travel cot (bedding not supplied) en-suite. TV with built in freeview in each bedroom.

Also leading off from the lounge you go down a flight of stairs to the private indoor swimming pool, with a lockable door at the top and bottom of the stairs for child safty. the pool area is known as a wet area, so may become slippery, great care must be taken. also in the pool area there is the hot tub.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment is approached off the driveway which is on a slope. The entrance has a metal gate leading down 3 wide steps on to a large paved patio and one step on to the decked area. There is also a gravelled area which is unsuitable for climbing and playing on.

There are 2 designated parking spaces at the rear of the property approached via the driveway at the side of the apartment block.

This apartment is ideal all year round as it has the indoor facilities for rainy days.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except outside on the patio area.
Deposit: (non re-fundable) once you have chosen you dates, we would require a 1/3 of the rental fee to secure your booking.
On receiving your deposit we will send you written confirmation of your booking.
The amount left outstanding is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your booked holiday.
Short breaks (minimum of three night) available outside June, July & August.
For late bookings within 6 weeks the rental fee to be paid in full.

Here in paignton we have our famous Paignton zoo, Quaywest water theme park, miniature golf courses, pitch 'n' putt and crazy golf, all with in a 3 mile radius. also in Torquay one of our neighbouring towns, there is the living coast, model village, Bygones & Kents cavern, and many more activities to do and see.

“Relaxing Holiday” Excellent Apartment, Great views from the terrace. Less than 100ft from the sea. Excellent pool and Jacuzzi. Really relaxing holiday!
