About the home

First floor 2 bedroom apartment with shower room and balcony. Separate kitchen with electric ceramic hob, oven and grill. Lounge with settee and armchair. Dining area with table and four chairs. Master bedroom has twin beds (together) and second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Balcony with dining table and four chairs.
There is a large communal garden with sunbeds.
Restaurant attached to the complex.
Beach and shops/supermarkets 3 minutes walk.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Paguera's location in the SW of Mallorca means it is in easy reach of Palma - the centre of Palma being 14kms away to the East. The old quarter of Palma with its grand Cathedral (La Seu) and narrow alleys is well worth a visit. To the west Andratx and Port D'Andratx are 7kms away. The port is a very picturesque harbour that is a must see. Futher afield the train to Soller from Palma takes you through the mountains to the NW.

The Paguera area

Paguera boasts three sandy beaches with wide promenades backed by cafes and restaurants. The town runs parallel to the beaches with the one-way Bulevar of approximately a mile filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. Some of the bars have live music/dancing in the evenings and there is a regular programme of entertainment in the local Hotels, which are open to non residents. There are facilities for water sports, golf etc all nearby and you can be as energetic or lethargic as you wish. Boat trips and coach trips run from Paguera in the season.

Fly to Palma de Mallorca (PMI).
Apartment is 25km from the airport.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Flybe, Ryanair etc. Flights available from all over the UK.
Local buses are excellent with links to Peguera from Palma best via 102 and 103 bus routes. (104 is the slow route via Magaluf etc.).
There are always local taxis available. Recommended car hire in Paguera is Maganova.
