Our two bedroomed apartment, which our family have owned for over 20 years, is situated in a private block literally a stone's throw from the main Paguera beach. The beach is accessed by an easy two minute stroll past the block's private pool and on through the beautifully maintained garden. With no roads to cross it makes this an ideal location for families with young children. This is a very popular location, the local bar, shop and restaurant staff and owners are extremely welcoming and friendly, and families revisit year after year.

Our light and airy apartment has benefitted from a complete kitchen and bathroom refit in recent years. The kitchen has two fridges with freezer compartments providing ample storage for cold drinks as well as food supplies.
The lounge is furnished with two sofas and leads onto a spacious balcony that has a table and chairs and a full length sunblind, in case the sun gets just too hot! The balcony gets the afternoon and evening sun and watching the sun setting behind the hills is a fabulous site.
The television in the apartment has satellite connection.
For a small surchage we are able to accommodate an additional child. In the second bedroom there a "low level" bed stored under one of the single beds so that three children can sleep in the same room. A cot and/or highchair is available for rental by special request.
The bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans and pedestal fans to keep you cool in the warmer months. For those of you looking for a winter break, oil filled radiators are located in both bedrooms and the bathroom, and there is a calor gas heater in the living area.

Our apartment is ideally situated with all possible amenities close to hand. Numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are all within an easy walk. There are a couple of large supermarkets and the "other" end of Paguera, one of which will deliver right to the apartment !
A range of watersports, golf, tennis and horse-riding are all close by for the more energetic but for those who just prefer to sunbathe and swim, we provide use of our beach cabin, sun loungers and beach toys. So no dragging lilos up and down to the beach!
Please note for your maximum enjoyment we limit the number of guests to four adults, with an overall limit of five persons, e.g., two/three adults plus three/two children.
In the medium and high season we have found it more convenient for our guests to make Friday the changeover day. However in the low season we can be more flexible and try to accommodate all dates. Please call us to discuss any specific dates you have in mind, or for long letting arrangements.
The Mallorca/Majorca region
Paguera, or Peguera as it is called by the Mallorquians, remains one of the few unspoilt coastal resorts in the popular south west corner of Mallorca, ideally situated around two main bays. It is a small coastal town surrounded by hills and mountains which has prevented it becoming an "urban sprall", sadly the fate of many other resorts. Paguera is a 20 minute drive from Palma to the east and the famous sailing haven of Puerto Andraitx is just 10 minutes to the northwest. Paguera is extremely popular with many different nationalities, with no one nationality being obviously in the majority.
The Paguera area
Paguera has a good selection of shops, bars, discos, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and wallets - and there a number of banks and cash points for when you need to top up your euros.
There is a regular bus service to Palma, Marineland, Aquapark, Andraitx market and other many other destinations. Daily excursions to places of interest throughout Mallorca take place throughout the year. We thoroughly recommend a visit to the "Pirates" show - a great evening's fun and entertainment for the whole family.

Fly to Palma de Mallorca airport and then take a taxi to Paguera which is only 20 minutes away. The taxi fare is approximately 45/50 euros.

We enjoyed a 2 week holiday with our 2 children ages 8 and 4. It was an ideal location with the beach, pool, restaurants and supermarkets all on the doorstep. The apartment was clean and spacious and has all the facilities that make it easy for families with children. The children had plenty of room in their bedroom and we spent most afternoons enjoying a long lunch on the ample sized balcony. The beach hut proved invaluable and we could leave all beach toys in there before heading back up to the apartment. Although there are quite a few steps there are lifts up from the beach and in the apartment block.
