The West Country / Cornwall region

The property is in a small hamlet just above and directly accessible onto the Camel Trail, the former Padstow to Bodmin railway that is now a popular cycle path and nature trail. It is a beautiful, traffic free 10 minute cycle ride or 25 minute walk along the Camel Trail to Padstow town centre, famous for its sea food restaurants and shops and yet is in a semi-rural location.
Cliffs, big waves, wide sandy beaches, unspoilt, great shopping, top restaurants, boats, the best surfing.... all you need is some good weather!
The Padstow / Tregonce area
Padstow is a small fishing town now more famous for its gourmet restaurants (particularly Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant).
This has attracted very trendy shops, coffee bars etc which enhance rather than detract from the appeal. Eden Project (the 8th wonder of the world according to the New York Times) is just 30 minutes away.
The amazing Lost Gardens of Heligan are a similar distance. Jamie Oliver's 15 Cornwall restaurant is 20 minutes away.
