"Beautiful location"

Warm greeting on arrival, the house was clean, well stocked and spacious. Martin and Debbie showed us around and pointed out all the amenities. The house is ideally located for Harlyn Bay a superb sandy beach great for a family holiday and good surfing. Easy short walk to the beach avoiding the road.

There are pubs and restaurants close by as is Padstow all highlighted in their reference book.

Sharmalyn House is thoroughly recommended and we will be returning next year.

"Great location let down by baby equipment"

First time in Harlyn Bay and definately recommend as a beach to visit. My 4 year old enjoyed being in bunk beds but the cot supplied was small very old with poor mattress and chipped paint. The high… More

"Paradise by the sea"

We have been staying at Yellow Sands since 1996 and would not miss our twice yearly trips for the world. Sharmalyn House is spacious, well equiped, comfortable, clean, well kept and everything we could wish for. If you want a good relaxing holiday or want to do different activities and visit places then look no further than here. Everyone is oh so friendly and we always feel part of the family with it being such a wrench to leave when departure time comes around. Thank you to all concerned.

"Spacious and warm"

We were a party of 8 (2 families of 4) staying in late October. The house was clean, light and warm with plenty of space, particularly the sitting room. The kitchen was well-equipped. There were 3 showers which meant there was no waiting around after surfing, and the large utility room was good for drying wetsuits. There was no WiFi in the house although it was available in a "hub shed" nearby.
